My friend who is a staker showed me a stake that he had just won. It was like 380m cash, around 10k prayer and super restore potions, a couple robin sets, a couple sants, 3 master wands. edit: Found the pic

99 attack, defense, strength, hits - How Long Will It Take?
n64jive replied to KnightLite's topic in Help and Advice
Members? If you are, I suppose do frenkenstein quest(and all the quest up to it) and train at expiriments all day. -
just game courtesy. Wouldn't you consider it rude? Sure, it is the wild, and there are no in-game rules. But like luring, pile jumping really isn't in the spirit of the game. Even tho a person could look at it as retribution for a friend, it really is just a person being greedy hoping for more loot. Trying to get a cheap kill.

zamarock is most likely on purpose a mix between zamorak and rock

what is wrong with a skill being "too easy" if it's easy for everyone.

People are standing around rioting on a video game. Very sad. Especially since it won't do anything. Jagex already has your money, if you want to use it standing around all day, that is fine with them. I'm sure they don't care.

I think you're trying to be a smartas....I mean smarty pants...just because that is the definition of an era. back on topic: Although clans won't be needed(there is more to pcing now then just attacking the portals...killing the monsters helps as well), i'm sure a few of the 120+ clans will stick around.
-
you know that is against the rules anyway, right? Really shouldn't post it on tip.it forums then.

ok, so you are getting 35% of the old rate..but you're also getting 4x the old rate...that means that you are now getting 1.4x as much xp as you used to...if the time limit was the same. Games now take about 1 minute longer then they used to...so it might be better or it might be worse.. In my opinion, I never liked PC anyway...To repetative..to boring
-
Well, before, we always had to change the pc world due to the fact that noobs would usually all come to the boat...making it not great exp. I dunno if the xp is great anymore, but can people actually now have 1 official world?
-
when you're in a pking clan...you see piles of rune all the time laying on the ground..and you are forced to leave them due to the fact that you'll prolly die anyway.

According to Wikipedia there's Vatican+192 States that has been recognised by UN. Have fun adding around 200 capes for this game. Edit: However I wouldn't see it as an impossible task to give us better ways to modify capes. If we for example could add different colored stripes or crosses to the cape, many flags could be created that way. 200 capes wouldn't be that big of an ordeal...but I think it would be cool if you could make you're own custom capes.

I hate the talk of a declining community. The community is the same as it was 4 years ago. I remember 4 years ago people talking about how the community has declined. I thought it had also, until recently, I've decided that some aspects of the community sucks. These certain aspects have hardly got worse or better. There are still plenty of good people out there. SO PLEASE QUIT TALKING ABOUT HOW MUCH OUR COMMUNITY SUCKS, BECAUSE IT'S NOT MUCH WORSE OR BETTER THEN IT WAS BEFORE. If you quote this thread, please take out the size and boldness, THANK YOU

I might be spamming, but I also do not understand what you mean? My guesses are that you mean for one year we would have a quest a week and as soon as you finished all the quest, you would be done with quest? If that is what you mean, um...no. Dumb I'm not going to add anymore because i'm sure that is not what you mean..but just what i understood. ...It's De, followed by De, Followed by De. Edit: now that We know your idea, it's dumb. Let people play at there own pace.

mining one really isn't that big of deal. I dislike the new string x. Fletch x was fine...really didn't make it too much slower, but the difference between strining bows now and before is huge. I average 3500 bows an hour before, now it's hard to even get 1k an hour. way to punish all those who didn't get 99 fletching before the update, it now takes more then 3x as long to get. Very lame jagex, very lame.

to get more money. but then again they lose the money they could have sold that ad space for, so i guess they think this will get more mems. :-k how many people reading this thread wanted to see that ad. I did, i refreshed the page a good 40x before I got to it. I'm sure they are not losing too much on "ad space"

+1 , someone autoer:buying chins 600 ea/rune arrows 350/etc. person #1:buying chins 550 ea! swagger_g:sells to person #1 8-) thats a realy sotry tbh. i pmed dusty i was gonna sell to autoer hes liek noo!....so even if they were givin me better deal...NO WAI. How do you know person 1 isn't an autoer. They could take the program, set it at 15s intervals, put in random message where a certain word is spelt wrong, and go right along. Many people who autotype are actually mostly legit players. The reason I know this is because I have a few friends who use an auto-typer(i don't personally, but oh is it tempting) and everything else they do in the game is legit. They just auto when they get a rare drop, or they need to buy supplies...None of them merchant. They just don't feel like spending hours typing the same thing over again, and who can blame them. Jagex should have added an up button like in IRC, or some command that put's what you just typed. Sure, people would spam using this method, but just only allow so many lines per 5 seconds or something. And if you spam, you will be logged out, unless you're in combat. repeated offenses could end up in a ban.

If they are offering a deal, you might as well buy off them. If you don't, someone else will. If you want to get rid of macroers, the solution isn't to stop buying from them in game, but for the people who are buying gp for cash to quit. Of course, some rich kid thinks he needs to, so it'll never stop :S. Personally, I don't see the point, but the people who buy them obviously have so much money that it doesn't even bother them that they are spending large ammounts of money just to get ahead in a video game.

whats the point in even arguing...Some people don't bother wasting there time with gems. I know i'm guilty of dropping them when I was down there. Of course, I havn't been down there for a couple years, but when I was, I would drop saphires and emeralds and only keep ruby's and diamonds.

They're pixels and therefore not made of any material. What your screen is made of is another question... Liquid Crystals I believe
-
i've never seen it with items, but I have seen it with cash. I'll be selling something and if it's like 1.7 mil, they'll put up 1711k and then subtract like 620k and end up with 1171K
-
....run in, entangle, tb, dds spec like crazy.

also, skirt provides more protection then helm, so you would think that skirt would be worth more then helm(or maybe some people would think)... So instead of asking questions, people would just be like ok, i'll sell the skirt, buy a helm and make a little cash. those are my thoughts.

This is a stuff one, i think it is one the legal side, but ethically i dont think its right. Plus, enoughing people to play rs while homework is never a good idea. It makes you pre-occpuried and never allows you to devote 100 percent of your time to your homework. I don't think Jagex should get off saying you have to have all your attention to runescape while playing. It's such a simple, repetitive game that requires very little concentration. Why should minds like mine(and others) have to spend a college level attention on a 4th grade level game? Not saying the game is for 4th graders, just saying that a 4th grader would prolly find it fulfilling. If Runescape only takes 25% of my attention, and I have the ability to only need about 60-70% on my homework...I think that I should be allowed to do it without it being "against the rules". One of the many things that drives me nuts about Jagex.

good but dead (90% obsolete) F2P&P2P MERCHANTING
n64jive replied to pipeelbakan's topic in General Guides
Guides like these don't work. The only time they work is at the creation of the guide due to the fact that prices fluctuate like crazy...If you really want a guide on how to merchant, what you need to do is stand at the location at which the item or items you wish to buy are sold, and find out the general buying and selling prices at the time.
