There are stilla lot of oldies who play RS, just not all post in Tip It. Blaze/Ultimo Aries, just as one example, still plays but I have never seen him post here. P.S. Anyone have the list of the first 2k players?

I don't understand the point of this story. Seeing as the title was "the day I handed over a drag chain" I was surprised when I read the end of the story, where's the punchline? You got the d2h, he got the chain - exactly as you both agreed on. So are we supposed to congratulate someone for not scamming now? This is sad. :(

Crafting guild is overhyped, there are many other places which are better for silver and gold mining. :) As for the person who was mining silver in guild and switched to gold when you logged in, anyone would do the same. A lot mine both gold and silver. Gold has a slower spawn time so she ran over to grab the gold ores otherwise she would have had to wait too long in between spawn which wastes time. Or she was trying to get you to switch since *you* might have been mining both gold and silver.

I like these ideas! Other things: It's kinda out of the way plus f2p also needs a place because a lot of parties are held there. :oops: A garden reception area and altar for weddings. Party decorations which people can buy.

I'm pretty sure Kobiianardo was top archer for a long time before Snake Slava. He had low 80s ranged when everyone one else in the top 10 were in the 70s.

I wasn't organized at all because the first time I got p2p was the first day it came out way back in Feb 2002. :roll: It was wicked we all logged in and had no idea what the update was, I went with my friends to explore the whole place and went down the new members dungeon...oops there's a dragon there. Died lol. I hadn't expected there would be a dragon since previously there was only 1 dragon, the quest one for dragon slayer which you can only kill once because it gives a huge amount of exp (10k? 20k?) so we thought they were "special" npcs. Even though I died we all had loads of fun since there were tonnes of new features like duelling, herblaw, etc. Here is a pic by Daakpunk of us on the first day of p2p, I think or maybe slightly before the servers were updated. :) We were reading the news update and speculating about the new items, I mention super str potion in the pic which at that time no one could yet make. We were excited because we thought (correctly) that supers would make the max hit higher. Zonghui was the top fighter at the time. :)

Really? Oh well let us think deeply about this subject, ever consider he might have been taunting the victim to make him mad? Angry people make mistakes and if the "prayer nuub" had been silly enough to be affected by the taunts then he might have turned prayer off or at least stayed longer to argue with the pker. Kind of like you - instead of leaving you stayed to talk with him and died.

People post on spam topics to let the person know that they should not post spam. Otherwise people will keep on posting spam like this: (progression of the topics all made by the same spammer) 1st topic - ohemgee died to random event (posted 3x) 2nd topic - random events are evil 3rd topic - why does no one post on my topics 4th topic - answer meeeee!!*$##% 5th topic - you all suck 6th topic - ffs i quit Tip It and so on... If we all actually did as you asked and never posted on spam topics it would be a big mess.

By removing the article, Tip It backed down from it's stance regarding current issues. No offense, but that is really wussy. I suggest rewriting the previous article to make it more fair but Tip It should NOT totally remove the previous article. I suggest writing a new article to address separate issues: 1 - the community is worried over the recent bans for multi log considering many people play with their rl friends or family 2 - black marks/ bans for "advertising" is also widely perceived as unfair especially if only harmless fan pages are mentioned 3 - banning chars with inappropriate names is problematic and Jagex policy is unclear to players as some players with inappropriate names are banned but not all, which seems pretty unfair In the original article "biased" wasn't used correctly. :P The word is unfair or unjust.

A lot of people have no idea what they are talking about when they say "original RSD." That would be Drave's old clan which was way way back in the day before p2p, ages ago. They were a high level friends-circle/ family-type clan and NOT a huge force in the wilderness. I think what they mean by "original" RSD was the one that Livinlarge21 (with the consent of Drave) revived after p2p launched, the one that later on spawned DI via Bigaboy's enemity with the clan.

Oh dear so they aren't really useful at all? Like, just a tinderbox? Why would jagex bother making them when so many other things could be improved hmmm but it is possible they will add in a use for colored fires later.

I've only gotten the kill twice lol and the first was 2 strange fruits, the second was 500 iron arrows, no drag 2h yet.
