I got a black mark in.. September 2006 for offensive language. Found it so funny how they just produced some completly made up evidence. Of course I appealed and it was overturned on the same day, but it's still a bit strange how they just made up the evidence.. :-s

As with some people here, I think the whole humans destroying the planet has been blown way out of proportion, yes, we're having an effect on the planet by simply living on it, but if civilisation as we know it today was still in, say, the Roman times of early A.D, would Earth still be going through the same phase it is now from the way we live? Maybe some people like pumping their egos by underestimating how completly insignificant humans are in the universe. Heck, in the Milky Way. Actually, maybe some people just don't see what little impact we make on even our own solar system. Planets change.

That's ^^^^ pretty much how I felt in the other thread, minus a few words.. You hate it because you thanked them for something trivial and simple- congratulating you on a number in a computer game. The phrase "no problem" is used when something is a problem or a burden, but is done in the hopes of aiding another. The phrase is used to set the mind of the helped person at ease, so as not to feel as if they're being bothersome by asking for or just receiving unrequested aid. Basically, just saying "Nice X level" doesn't give one the right to say "no problem", because it is already self-evident that it isn't a problem. Ya, I hate it too. It's like they want a medal for congratulating you or something. That, is the third most annoying thing in the whole of Runescape (1. Autoers, 2. Scammers). The amount of times I've been playing and have suddenly sworn out loud in.. sheer disgust that the other player is such a... *calms down* Damnit!! It's not like I've benifited in any way from some [developmentally delayed] [puncture] of a backward American complimenting me! Okay, I think this is actualy above scammers in my most annoying list. -.-

This really shouldn't be the case though. Seeing how I haven't been a member for a good month and a half now, my time in F2p attempting to chop some Yews has shown has completly sick the autoing situation has become. I remember in around January as a F2per still, when I went to cut Yews I'd see about 5/6 bots in Lumbridge forest.. When I went to the same place there were literally over 30+. No. I am not exaggerating. Yew log prices should be below 250gp each. Damn skill cape chasers. -.- I honestly feel proud not to have a single level 99.

I guess this could go in the Tip.Iter Runescape Events board; http://forum.tip.it/viewforum.php?f=112 I personally don't really like doing quests with other people because of the amount of time everyone spends waiting for people to catch up, but good luck anyway.

Which post are you talking about? I know I posted about the improved avatar and NPC hairstyles and faces from the membership benifits a couple of days ago somewhere, but I guess you mean something else..

I think each person's tip will only truly suit them, and it's up to you to try as many different methods as you can until you find a way of revising which is comfortable and efficiant. I revise the same way for every exam I've had since I was 15 (18 now) which is to put it off and put it off until the very last day (or more recently it tends to be the actual last few hours before the exam, working through the small hours of the night :| ) and then doing as much as I possibly can with the time I have left. I literally just pick up the textbook for the subject - for example Law - and read through it.. Seriously, I don't recommend taking the adive of a procrastinator like myself lol..

He's got a point about our avatars though. I'm sure many of you have seen screen shots from the advertising membership part showing players with new hairstyles, facial hair and features. Although it could be that we'll never get players looking like that, just like we'll never get that nice blue sky over Crandor in one of the pictures.

I'd like to hear that. God robes seem like a lot of money for what they are..

I guess I agree with the merging of F2p and P2p boards, but I'm just hoping there wont be an increase in flaming people because they're F2p/P2p. And I definatly support the removal of the Help & Advice subforums, never liked the idea when it was first implemented, I doubt many people used to go through each subforum to answer people's questions, sticking to one page for all the questions seems much more fair on the people needing help.

The only other update I can think of that changed the way people play was the Quest Cape, and incentive for people to comeplete the small, and usually stupid quests with terrible rewards. I'd love to know how many people had completed all the quests before, and after the Quest Cape. Congratulations on a decent thread by the way. :)

Here here. I black hood sounds pretty crappy compared to the ability to hover in the air with a broom or turn into a damn skeleton! And a zombie hand coming out of the ground or a nice cape swirl sound.. :D Ftw!! But I suspect, as usual the Runescape majority - fools - will choose the most boring thing..

Runecrafting and Farming by far, the skills where you can't get constant Xp (ie need to walk back and forth to get Xp)

I just use controlled with the Whip. Strength is nothing special to me, it's just as equal as Attack and Defence.

Okay, so the Ranger can wear Karils, and the Mage can be clad in Ahrims, but the problem with Barrows armour is the choice for the Warrior. It all depends on what kind of a player they are when choosing which of the 4 melee Barrows armour to weild. Planning on defending a lot? Then it's Torags, going for the huge risk, but possibly a KO then it'll be Dharoks etc..

75 Runecrafting (going to take 51k Nature runes just from level 70!) and possibly 83 Hunter, 75 Smithing and.. maybe some serious Herblore training.

It's in the Duel Arena. If no movement is allowed then I think it'll always favour melee, the main advantage of Magic is being able to Entangle an opponent.

I'd like to know anyone who's even got 99 Herblore lol. Tripsis is the only person I know who's even near.

I guess the only materials I collect myself now tend to be either all the runes I need (just got 70 Runecrafting :D ) or Yew logs. Although often when I'm short of cash I'll mine my own Pure Essence from Yanille using all the pouches I can, takes no time to mine 1k Essence.
