Pizzas heal more, are more GP efficient and you can safe spot when you eat them, much better ;)

wait until lvl 95  Summoning doesn't take long at all to train if you really want to train it. I would've had 99 a few weeks ago if I wanted to. I'll probably just shoot up to 96 once I feel like it and then retire the skill. I'd happily train it more if I had enough money to get to the next useful summon which I'd use. (Which would probably be 88). Thanks all, I'll stick with fire titan and bunyip for now, I suppose I need the mage exp :|
-
Yeah it just happens to be the fastest economical strength training ingame (who actually trains long term in dharoks at 1hp?), totally overated  Besides rares, I'd say the magic offence/defence spirit shields are pretty damn overated price wise. DFS is heavily overated for casual training, I can't stand seeing people train at armoured zombies with it, it's their choice, but it's so pointless to use in those situations.

The problem with frequently using 2+ slayer masters is that you get one ban list for all of slayer, not per master. So some of the bans you made for Shilo will be completely useless at Summona, and vice versa (Though the ban list should probably be saved for Shilo just because it has a smaller selection of assigments). I can't stand the feeling of skipping tasks when I could have banned them so I just stick with Shilo :) Although black demons are epic tasks I too get sick of them if I get too many, they just take too long for my liking. Remember that you have just as good of a chance (if not better) of getting multiple good tasks. Yesterday, I got 3 abberant spectre tasks in a row and made over 500k while getting faster slayer xp

Decent weapon to train Attack and/or Defence?
Lets_3ekout replied to IeatWindex's topic in Help and Advice
On your budget, try an obby sword/beserker necklace or dragon scimitar. But really, try save for a whip... -
I'm training defence to 99, just curious if people think I should bother with an addy minotaur on multi combat slayer tasks (assuming I'm tanking). It's hits are a good few steps down from what I'm used to (Hydra/Moss titan), it's large and wastes it's time dancing around monsters and I have to waste perfectly good bunyips to use it. I have guthans, but I hate having to switch to spear and it doesn't work everywhere. Stats: 99 Att 99 Str 93 Def 80 Sum 80 Pray There's a disgracefully low amount of defence summons at higher levels :( I have 1.5k crims 200 blues 3m cash so training to rune minotaurs isn't really an option.

I can't say if it's the only 100CB reward but the only reward for 100cb that I can think of is that you can now use duradel for slayer tasks (50 slayer required aswell)

Am I the only one who thinks AGS is not worth it??
Lets_3ekout replied to Romy's topic in General Discussion
For PvP, AGS has lots of KO potential, so if you don't plan on a 10 minute fight, depleting both user's food and seeing one of them teleport you'd best buy the AGS (not to say there aren't substitutes). If you had a duel, with food and no pots BGS would clearly win, it's long term defence drain can make the difference of a close fight to decimation. However, the second pots are allowed, the BGS spec'ed player can defence pot and cure himself of the defence nerf. As soon as food is not allowed, the long term effect of a BGS spec is lowered and the "here and now" effect of an AGS, SGS and even ZGS takes over. Not to say, ZGS spec does have uses (though you probably will have to go out of your way to make use of these uses...), SGS is godly to have in so many ways and BGS remains the welfare AGS for PvP. I honestly can't talk for GS's in boss hunting, I haven't been in many teams to see how their effects stack up. -
 If I decide on KBD it'll be after blues and possibly some more green locations 8-) Working on maxing melee atm so I don't constantly have to go back and re-do everything after a new guide, 6 defence levels to go ;) I'm not doing range though, can't be bothered with that skill :P

Does regen bracelet stack with rapid heal?
Lets_3ekout replied to dorcus1's topic in Help and Advice
I know it stacks, and I *think* it's 4, it may be 3 though. If you can get high level rfd gloves they're still better, but for pures it can be nice for some extra healing. -
I want teh bazook so i can be lyk b00m lulz. The munsta tht drups shud be lyk lv 47 (lyke ak-47) n b a gy-ant BAZUKA n if u atk it u dye instnatly lulz. yu need lvl 105 sly so u nd lyk cape and pye and i no thy dun stack but thy do for ths. err... A 95+ slayer monster would be really nice to shoot for. I'm going for 90 slayer as a long-term goal and it just feels like it's going to be short lived, even though I'm not cannoning ATM. The gap between 90-99 is painful as it is. Knowing Jagex, the next slayer monster will be a level 3 slayer monster that drops trimmed bronze daggers.

If you're using MSB I'd use mith arrows. Broad bolts seem to be the thing to use now if you're using rune x-bow.
-
I see plenty of people doing it, never seen someone do it without a bunyip but I'm sure it'd work. Shield spot use DFS/rune kite/d sq, because your in void without a bunyip zammy book is probably not enough defene. If you have guthans, it'd be a good idea to bring along side your ranging gear. Accumalator is pretty much required if you want your bolts/arrows back.

For agility, just use the highest agility course you can (try to avoid the agility arena though). I believe at 20 the highest course is the barbarian outpost, easily reached with a games necklace. There may be a higher course, so just open your agility menu in-game from your stats menu and check through your options. When you can use the wilderness course, stick to it. The wilderness course is the best xp/hr. I hear that once you reach level 70 ape toll course is even better, but I can't vouch for it. It's hard to say for your second question because you didn't tell us your stats and your signature isn't working ATM. If you're using a cannon to train slayer, chaeldar is a nice choice, otherwise duradel is good when you can use him although he may be too hard depending on your stats. The armour you mentioned is rather expensive for someone who just came out of F2P, I'll just assume you have/will have the money for it. Bandos is a good armour but isn't really necessary, the barrows armours are great cheap substitutes. Definetly get a fury, awesome investment. Anyone who advises bandos/dfs/GS to be bought before a fury clearly doesn't know what their talking about. Fury is great value for it's stats. As for BGS, I wouldn't get it. It's fun to use, but slow xp/hr. If you want fast xp in str then get a dragon scimitar or obsidian sword with beserker necklace. The best option is training in controlled mode with a whip, this provides you with the fastest way possible to get 99 in all melee stats, the only catch is that you have to have a bit more patience. DFS is overated, make this the last thing you buy. Get a rune defender ASAP and when you have spare cash buy a DFS and see how you like it. Again, stats would be needed if you want advice on if you can solo a GWD boss. Your setup for aviansies seems good. You won't be able to get barrow gloves anytime soon, but when you do, sub out the sara braces with barrow gloves and get a sara cape. GL and HF with members.

Curry is a cheaper one bite replacement for wild pie, and heals alot more than half of any pizza (also safer since it's harder to misclick "drop bowl" than "Eat half pizza".

Jagex's finances, ownership, operation and trends
Lets_3ekout replied to me's topic in General Discussion
That's awesome  When I saw the already small amount of revenue compared from ads compared to P2Pers decreasing in those charts I instantly thought "F2P V P2P flamewar" Seriously though, I actually thought it would have been 2-5% compared to P2P. :| The [bleep]e in customer relations and development is pretty large aswell. -
Sorry, but what you tried was quite... Dumb. Look at the ge chart, shows no hint of dropping, right? That comes about when you have half od rs offering max in GE for them. If someone sold them in GE, for whatever price, do you honestly think that ge would choose *you* out of the thousands of others? That's provided IF someone is stupid enough to sell them on GE. The smart thing would have been to try buy them in trade, even then, I can't see anyone dumb enough to do it. Besides that, every item has it's hype, but will D claws be "short lived"? I doubt it. Look at the GS's and their PvP potential, now look at their prices. Clearly, SGS has been proven more worthwhile, yet the AGS which has more PvP potential is far above SGS's price. D claws will never drop low, especially with the tormented demons nerf. Save up or tough luck.

The Berserker Necklace : A Forgotten Artifact
Lets_3ekout replied to Benjamin6264's topic in General Guides
Whip is CHEAP. Obby is cheapER, but that doesn't take away from the cheap price of the whip. Cost is hardly a con to the whip these days. If you are really that poor you can go with obby, but you'd be doing yourself a huge favour by going down to aviansies (or any other profitable spot) for ~2hrs and upgrade to a whip. If you train on controlled with whip (I could never put myself to it so I just got a SS instead, kudos to those that can bear the large gap between 3 instant melee levels) then whip beats obby in every way, aside from the 1m- you save from getting obby, which will be one of the best investments you could ever make in RuneScape. If you have 99 attack and/or defence or are a pure, meaning training on controlled wouldn't be worth while, obby is a great choice. SS still beats obby, however the alternative to obby is now expensive. So, for the average player, obby is a great choice if ALL you want is strength xp. As far as requirements go, the difference between 60-70 attack is nothing. Sure, use obby until 70 attack but it will be short lived because as soon as you hit 70 you get a whole new array of better choices. Honestly, this is just going in circles. If you would just TRY A WHIP the arguement would be solved. You don't need a salve, you don't need a fury. As kent said, whip is still extremely good with glory. No quest requirements, small cost, higher xp rate. -
Best choice would be to wait for the GE to catch up to market price. While that's happening, you can lend them out for any junk you may have, people will pay alot for a mere 1 hour of d claws. Don't hunt for junk unless you can get more gp worth of junk in an hour then you would normally get standard cash (eg. If you make 1m/hr at GWD don't collect junk that would give you a profit of 700k/hr). It's your choice if you want to collect junk, but you have to be dedicated to get enough junk to sell d claws for street price.

I was aware of it, never got around to fixing it. Uploading a new version now which saves your previous form location so it doesn't hop around :) Also made a small bug fix which would cause a crash when going from Allotments2 --> Allotments.
-
I'm pretty sure you used to be able to trade across the water, just wondering if you still can As far as I remember, in RS2, you always had to be next someone to trade them (unless someone found some sort of bug). I think it's one-way, but I know there's a mith grapple shortcut there, so that might be helpful for you.
-
If they don't bug me, I leave them alone - I don't want to be banned and we all make mistakes. Exceptions go to if I see a large rule break going on (scam/lots of harasment). If someone bugs me, I'll happily report them. After all, that's what rule 16 is for!

Favorite Barrows Set, Godsword, Spirit Shield, 3rd Age Set?
Lets_3ekout replied to Blutters's topic in Questionnaires
Ahrim is definitely the most elite looking IMO Zammy is best GS, that might be because I'm so sick of seeing sara/arma/bandos hilts Not much variety in spirit shields, elysian I suppose. 3a sets are overated in every way, so I'd have to say bandos for males/arma if female. -
What do you all think the most underestimated skill is?
Lets_3ekout replied to evilchiken's topic in Questionnaires
Summoning, farming is up there but I die a little inside every time I harvest or plant a new seed in a patch  Summoning is something pures (imo) should consider training since the extra levels don't count in BH/PVP and the benefits are huge. There's an extremely useful summon for almost every skill with exceptions to some like fm (even then, you can use macaw's scrolls). -
Well, I personally would make bloods, then deaths, then laws. But what I think really turns people off is that you cannot bring armor and weapons. Not a whole big deal, since the Abyss is pretty safe nowadays. Law portal = no hatchet/pick, that's what puts ME of it. Bloods are hell to sell and cost less than deaths, though I may switch to deaths when I can :? On topic, I actually didn't know this LOL, must have changed when I took a RS break. Doesn't matter to me though, Grahhk
