Adding names to a list here about any one person isn't going to do any good against him. If you really want something to happen then report him, but as far as I see this thread isn't really suggesting anything at all, you have to try and describe how you want to stop them, not just say 'stop them'. Furthermore, Jagex is already takeing action against rule breakers and has been, more or less, for a very long time. However, if you're looking to blow off some steam then feel free to use the sticky in rants about getting scammed and/or hacked. Remember to always check the second trade screen and think about where you're about to step and what the consequences may be! :wink: ~Philip

I'm cleaning this topic of all the posts that flame and lead to flames. I should hope that users will use their common sense and keep this thread clean from flames and more importantly flame bait. If you want to blow off some steam please use the rants board. Please try to remember that starting the old F2P vs. P2P argument is a big no. I've seen it so many times, it may start of as a perfectly calm discussion, but some people will always flame on the topic. If you really need to discuss the topic, take it to rants. ~Philip

Actually - we do. However it is difficult to get each and every one, especially with more coming continually it's a endless job for administrators. Please report bad ads in this topic and this topic only: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=239677 When an administrator gets round to it S/He will take care of it. Don't hesitate to report it, there can be no harm in doing so :) From what I've been told, the ads here do that also ~Philip

Note to the author: I've edited out your stat picture because in it you have a 'hall of lame' or something to the sort which degrades people for no said reason. This is not allowed due to Tip.It's no naming names policy that is fully explained in the RULES for TIF. You can edit out my note with the picture once you completely remove the 'hall of lame' feature. It's called quote spam, and is bannable at a certain point. I've eddited out all the '+ #' posts not only is it spam quoting but spam itself. If you agree make a post of YOUR OWN. Anymore quote spamming in this thread and temp bans will be given out. ~Philip

Archer, just two small things: 1) Do not double post, if you have something new to say say and you just posted then edit your last post. 2) Do not bump your topic or ask if someone else is going to reply. If someone will reply then they will reply, it's just that simple. There's no need for spammy posts all over the place asking for people to post. The ONLY time you should bump your topic is when it's on the 2nd page or further and in that bump post you MUSt contribute to the topic. Simply saying bump is considered spam. ~Philip

Had a 35 dry run the first time i ever did barrows, which was out of desperation for money. For a while it seemed i had made my problem worse, but then I got a guthan helm as my first item, sold it for about 3.2m (the price back then), turns out I had over doubled my total net worth. Never doubted barrows after that :P ~Philip

Longbow: Slightly more accurate. Slightly more expensive. Can shoot much farther then a short bow. Is very slow compared to a short bow. Shortbow: Slightly less acurate. Slightly cheaper. Has a smaller range then a long bow, but it's more then sufficient for training on near any monster in runescape. Is very fast. Overall, the shortbow beats the long bow in PKing, training, and slaying monsters for quests and such. ~Philip

Very nice guide. Tried one time, all equipment at best but ammy (got unholy) and helm (got prosoleyte), been training my stats up for over 2 months time for this so I won't have a problem with it (inevitable apparently) to 80 range (I hate range unless I'm pottinf with c bow because i don't like low hits, lol. Trust me, this was huge for me, never knew i could push my broedom aside as much : ) Prayer to 60 (after buying all the pots and equipment, plus supplies for 30 dry runs in barrows, this had me near bankrupt. Though I'm quite used to being bankrupt now after trying for fire cape) and defence to 80+ (already achieved, got 81 out of a series of training events). My first round, with butterflies in my stomach, I lagged out at 360 90 90. Angry. Very angry. I looked in my bank and saw i could try it again with a c bow on 6 charges and another 10, but with 2 prayer pots replaced. Nothing huge. Round straight after it, I lagged out at 360 180 90 40 22. Furious puts it lightly :( I decided to make money the rest of the day and try the next. I made to Jad, but due to inexperience and butterflies in my stomach I was shakeing all over, and i got hit 86 then 46 for the kill. At least I made it to the healers, it is a very big acheivment in my books to do anything like this (never fought a monster over level 250, 702 is a big jump) :) EDIT: Argh! I got jad to 50hp and he kilkled me with a 60. However I feel I'm getting better at this, I just have to learn to stop being so nervous :) Thanks for the guide, a great inspiration and help. I better get it on the 5th try or me no be happy :P ~Philip

1) Please just use a topic already made about the exact same thing, I'm sure they are plentiful. 2) Try and put a bit more effort into a whole new topic. Just 'Give *insert P2P feature* to F2P!!!' will result in flames nearly every time. If you want a good, agreeable topic then you must spend more then those 5 seconds writing it up. ~Philip
