Cosmics a viable option?
Ok, been thinking been reading.. doing some maths. Training magic can be done 2 ways. Alching, around 50k-60k per hour tops perhaps? Mage training arena is faster, which is a fact. From level 87 this is. But let us look at people at 75 magic and want.. 85 magic. Well, he/she wants it fast. A) It takes 35012 cosmic runes, meaning 17506 essence crafted to cosmic runes. This costs at 80gp ea =>1.4m B) It takes 31511 nature runes, meaning 31511 essence crafted to cosmic runes. This costs 2.5m aproximatly. (just the essence) BUT! If you high alch a YLB, you earn 728gp back. If you buy them at 560 ea, this means 168gp per nature rune crafted and alched profit. This will mean 5.3M profit. In the end, this nets at 2.8M profit. --> The way of nature runes takes like double the time in crafting/casting then it does for cosmics. But you end up having 2.8+1.4 = 4.2M extra in your pocket at 85 magic... if you use natures over cosmics.. Conclusion: If you are rich and can miss a few mill, go with cosmics!!!! Other then that, nature runes. TIP: use the pizzaz points on some nice item every now and then. Although you need the rest of the arena, its a nice way to get out of the drag. It might even out a bit then.

??~~??Most Annoying P2P Quest??~~??
I loved one small favour, made me laugh. I loved it As for MEP2 Haven't done it, but seeing other people reactions and what the quest is like.. aye My most anoying quest by far atm: Why I am not sure though, but monkey madness. Although I loved the challenge, all the running, the praying. The traveling. More traveling. The anoying poison. The more running. It was very anoying. I loved the slide puzzle though!

Two quick questions to the average player
A) NO! B) A decent plan, upgrading existing items. Can't really add anything to it. Especially for the higher gear, this is a big plus! A good idea, no further comments.

CraggyP's Steel/Iron Dragon Maging Guide
A few things I have to mention 1) A great guide. Certainly one I would see in the AOW any time soon. 2) The ranged part is good, but the bolt part is all messed up. First of all, pearl tipped (e) bolts are great for their spec, which is quite infrequent. The bolt is quite weak and should never be used. They are steel I thought and very hard to gather 500 of. Never use these. Ruby bolts (e) = bad plan. Means you will be taking hits. If you are going to try this, only use it as the first 5 hits or so, as the spec will have its maximum effect. Diamond tipped bolts, if you can afford it.. heck! Use them, best bolt there is. Emerald (mithril) (e) = 1 fine bolt. Use it if you can't afford the others. Plain addamith = deadly indeed. Can compete with emerald bolts (e). In order from which ones I would use, not considering what you can afford: Diamond bolts (e) Emerald bolts (e) Addy bolts Ruby bolts (e) combined with any other type, special means you WILL need food. Pearl tipped bolts (e) --> Accumulator must be stressed a bit more, as it saves you in bolts (you seem to keep more bolts then as you pick them off the ground) Last thing, I promise When you log out, try to walk back to the vine where you entered. This is a safe area where only a wild dog might attack you. It is not far and you can get ready for the entrance more easily. Not really much I could add to this guide, it is by far one of the best written guides. Good job!

Closed.
Heck, bring a knife with you, so you can stay there forever if you wanted :P Or even better, bring enough runes to cast the Lunar magic spell humidify to fill up them up. You can stay there to 99 mining then ;)

Am I good enough to do barrows?
You have all the requirements, but try to post these questions at Help & Advice next time. Please read the forum rules to avoid these mistakes. Minimal requirements are either 70+ melee stats, 50 magic + 50 slayer, 59 magic (either one of those) and 43 prayer. That is about it.

Low or high total xp? What's your opinion on it?
1592 total with little over 21M experience. My lowest skill being 55, highest being 80. I can't be bothered with my total experience. Nor with my total level. Nor with the level of any individual skill. Although I have more respect for low experience, which would mean they train every skill. Means you know more about the game and how to enjoy it. Else you wouldn't train the other skills.

shadow warrior d half shield drops
I doubt the chance of a left half from chaos druids is the same as from daggonath kings. Believe it. High level monsters have a better chance of dropping left halves. Very true. Chances are you get a 'high level drop' compared to a 'low level drop' are way higher then the same ratio on a lower monster. Although the chance of a D sq compared to other high level items is the same. The 2 wheel system aplies here. First chance on low or high drop, then the second wheel which drop exactly. With higher chances for the high drop wheel, you increase your chance on a D sq. Although every monster has the same % for the D sq on the high drop wheel.

least attacked monster? (f2p)
The least attacked F2P monster, heck ain't that an easy one? First of all, it would be Elvarg, as you can only kill it once ever! and by far not everyone can kill it. As for the greater demons --> 2 rune large helmets (best F2P drop) from them. I' love to train on them at wildy ruins. Red spiders --> Great grinding material

Most Ridiculous Noob Offers!
I tend to offer anywhere between 1 nature rune + 87gp for a phat to 5k for full zamarok, as its just a wannabe-god anyway. Nah, the funniest most ridiculous one I ever had has to be a lumbridge deal for my rune items. Like a stash of coins and a few ashes burnt fish. I don't know..

Rares Up?
It is not getting new ones in game, it is getting new ones on the market. When prices go up, people want to sell them. Thus more suply, prices go down. But in the long term, yes they always go up. And fury goes for the same rule, as everything in market-perspective. Aye, don't invest in rares. Invest in having a fun time on Runescape

Trouble Brewing: Your Guide to 100+ POE a game
An extremely bad guide as your conclusion is all wrong. The most efficient way for maximum PoE is 'a bit' different and I shall explain why. like you said, 100 PoE is the maximum you can 'earn' with ingredients. After that, it is all about the bottles. First thing you do is gather EVERY ingredient. This means you should divide your team into tasks to maximize gathering speed. This will allow you to make botles very fast, meaning more botles in the entire game. What you must do, gather ingredients all the way till around 5m before time. Make sure you have enough ingredients for 5-6 bottles around that time. If not possible, try to get enough for 4 more at 4 minutes to go. If you have gathered enough ingredients till that time, make sure all boilers have at least 3 + nr. of minutes in logs. This will ensure the process of bottlemaking proceeds by itself for the last minutes. Just repair when needed (asap!) and pick off botles. THEN! just go water all the way. You probaly (most likely) have gathered enough ingredients for 100 PoE already. If not, just grab an inventory full of buckets and go collecting water. For any half decent player, 1 inventory should be enough to make sure you get the full 100 PoE. Using this order allows you max bottles and still 100 PoE of yourself. This actually gives max PoE per game. Now stop being a 'water-noob' in your guide and stop playing 'selfish' at the beginning, finding out you only made 10 botles. Use this, make 15-20 bottles per game and THEN! finish the last few PoE. Using this way, you should NEVER get less then 130 PoE. At least for me.

Guys With Girl Characters...
On other games, my nickname has always been Sweet.kiss for no obvious reason. Never intended, but people see me as a woman. You'd be amazed with the things I can do and get away with :-w I never intended and when people ask, I always deny me being a girl. But people can sometimes act weird or freak out! I think some people are plain sad.. Guess they never touched a girl or something :-k O well, I can't be bothered. I am sticking to my nickname, girllish or not.. I like it. And the responds aren't that bad. \

Your most profitable slayer task
A clue of 1.5m from ? made me a quick buck once. But with only 61 slayer, I can't really say I got really rich once. I think all the clues add up bit by bit. Heck, coin drops made the most money I think. Every task between 3k-10k coin drops. Each task being 9k slayer experience. Having 500k slayer experience.. 500/9 x 6500 = 361k in just coin drops from slayer I think averaged.

What time period does RS most closely resemble?
Which era? Around 1600 I'd say. But there are a lot of contraversies here.. You have 1) a cannon, though no guns yet 2) Still have magic, which dissapeared in stories after gunpowder was used for cannons. 3) Still have dragons?! Middle ages suit perfect for me. Any younger would historically be incorrect. Any older the stories wouldn't be right.

Opinions on Construction?
Exactly, exactly :) +1 nothing more heartwarming in RS than building your very own house :D That is so true. I always invite friends to come over to my place. With my 70 construction and a lovely house lay-out, it tends to be quite impressive to some who are not used to such houses. For myself, not only did I make my house usefull, I also tried to make it look nice. I have 3 gardens in a row. When you enter the house, you instantly calm down (my opinion) by the garden, as it is totally different then the rest of RS. The throne room and dungeon are quite fun to have. And a guilded altar impresses a lot of people! The overall completeness of a house is something very satisfying to me. Having everything in my house, feels like having my very own bit of Runescape. If they needed to change 1 thing? .. More ways to show your skills perhaps.

Lunar still needs improvement?
I have lunar magics including the Dream mentor update. With 78 magic, I hardly use lunar. I use it for a few things: Waterbirth teleport --> Snapegrass, faster and more then you can ever use. Humidify for all the Vial filling you need. Also handy while powertraining at granite mine. You can fill your waterskins with this and stay here forever. though I haven't used it for the last one. So for herblore, it may be usefull .. a bit. As mostly, you buy vials already waterfilled. It is rare to buy empty vials. NPC contact.. never used it. Unless you use guthans and you can last your tasks without food or without banking etc.. you can use this effectifly.. For the teleports, I hate using teletablets. And although I have a house with all teleport portals, I love to use normal teleports as it goes faster. Lunar teleports are hardly worth it. Not only the extra cost in runes, but I only save several seconds on the extra teleports and lose tons on the missing ones. The only reason it would make lunar worth it for me would be Tanning on the spot. With this and someone on normal magic, I could camp at the dragons for ages. (for alching) And that will be the only reason for me to ever stick to lunar magic. For now, I rarely use it

Is Barbarian village better then shilo?
1) The bank is far away at barbarian village 2) Shilo village has fishing spots behind the anvil (close to the bank/fishing store) almost 60% of the time. Other times, it is still a lot closer then the Edgeville bank --> Barbarian village run. At shilo village you can get around 40k exp per hour if I am not mistaking. To my guess, you can only get 30k-35k per hour at barbarian village if you were dropping fish, which is faster then banking. IF!!! you were using a runner, then yes it would be faster. Ask a friend if he wants a lot of free fish. You will not keep the fish however.

Iron Knives, 66-70
66-70 is around 238.000 exp. Each knife will do an average of 4 damage and will be re-used 1.5 times extra average on picking up. Thus every knife will do 4x 2.5 = 10 damage = 40 exp. This will then require 5950 iron knives?.. Let's say I am completely wrong you will not need more then 8k knives I guess. IF you pick up whatever you can. Hope it helps.

Barrows Ideas... <--New Questions Please Help
With only 74 defense, I managed nicely in Full verac against Karil. This giving me a bonus of 250+ on defense though. But I used my left over prayer points on him. In the tunnel he rarely hits me before I kill him, using proper defense ofcourse. If you are not using prayer on karil, try wearing max ranged defense. Crystal shield or granite shield are great against ranged! You were also wearing a granite plate? Great! The melee brothers shouldn't be a problem, nor Ahrim. Use either Karil X bow or magic short with addy/rune arrows on him. Or you may take quite a few hits, as the fight continues. Good luck.

Cheapest Bar to smith
You couldn't be more wrong here! I once found a small secret called the 'Tourist Trap Quest' You learn the ability to make darts after this quest. You can make 10 darts out of 1 bar and they are only 1 point weaker then their corresponding knife, of which you can make 5. Buy iron bars (200ea) and buy feathers (5ea) 1 bar gives 10 dart tips, which requires 10 feathers. Total cost 250gp Iron darts can easily be sold for 30gp ea, making you a profit!! I managed to sell mine (10k) for 35-40gp ea! Which made me quite a buck on my way to 60 smithing. It is either that or making bolts. But I am not aware of the current bolt prices. But if you can lay your hands on mithril bars (1000-1100ea) you can make those into bolts. These easily sell for 150-180ea. Making you a profit to.

Best place?
Well, there aren't many yew trees which are not occupied by players or bots. But I have the perfect solution: Gnome stronghold! Not that popular, so a lot less crowded there. Also magic trees can be found around here. The bank is up a tree not far from the Tree Farming Patch. Yew trees can be found in the south-east corner if I am not mistaken. Also, with 60 farming you can plant your personal yew here, almost next to the bank!

anyone know good blast furnace world?
What I found was that it is easiest to solo the blast furnace if you are using coal-using products like steel or mithril, which you most likely are at the blast furnace. If you are using iron, I would suggest searching the Runescape Official Forums (RSOF) and use the 'search-option' on 'blast furnace'. If you are using coal-products, select 3 worlds of your best connection and worldhop between them when the coal in the ore store is low. Using a crowded world will speed up the smelting process, but it will not make up for the huge jump in ore price. Besides ;) for me, the smelting process, after a few tries, went incredibly fast! Smithing the items took longer then the smelting.
