Phoenix Feathers
Tortoise will be useless- the feathers are untradeable. As for the fastest method, it's rumored to be cw rings and spirit laurupia- desert eagle flight.

How likely is for an english lad to come by a keyboard from ~japan? yeah... Even though i have a more or less standard keyboard, it's not in the place jagex said it would be(laptop keyboard, estonian setting). I doubt that there will many keyboards that actually don't have that symbol, but you could always try putting your keyboard into the english(UK) setting and trying that. If that doesn't work, yeah, use mousepad.

Chin Waterfiends in Chaos Tunnels?
It's actually a good point that you can use spectral and armadyl(if you have them, ofcource), but considering that even at nechryaels, steel titan+rapier is still slightly better than chins(and the death spawns have no range defense), and those don't take 3 years to lure, waterfiends with chins would much , much worse. You'd also lose the benefit of combat familiar if you are looking to lure them.

Chin Waterfiends in Chaos Tunnels?
It's pointless as the fiends are very rarely bunched together in more than 2, and the more you have on you at a time, the more deadly it gets. In normal mode slaying with steel titan, you would only have 1-2 fiends on you, any more than that and you'd need to SS all the time.

200M in all Skills
I lol'd  As did I, nice one Langer XD <3 XpX, isn't the hand cannon a bit inconsistent to use? Cause of the exploding thingy lol. Also, do the range boost prayers add to the (dwarf) cannon accuracy aswell such as rigour? Currently I'm constantly using eagle eye with sighted longbow, got the points for rigour so just need to know if it does before purchasing. Also wondering if handcannon without range prayers is better than sighted longbow with range prayers, both using void but handcannon setup with deflector and arma chestpl8. Handcannon would cost more obv but not using pray pots as much would cut back the costs alot. Please let me know! :) Rigor is definitely worth using if you have it. Hand cannon can't be used with the void deflector range, but should be used with traditional void range. The cost of hand cannon isn't as bad as some may think as the ammo is cheap(200 gp per) and it's relatively slow, and the explosions don't happen all that often at 99 firemaking. If you want to kill them cheaply and efficiently(which seems to be your goal) the best way would be to use runecbow+void deflector range, sw cape, broad bolts and rigor.
-
Tokens
Rigor is actually very useful and if you don't spend any tokens from 1-85 you'd be able to get both rigor and chaotic weapon, so i'd recommend that. The other great rewards are a second chaotic weapon, arcane stream necklace and scroll of life, but i guess those can wait.

Guide to efficient Frost dragon slaying.
Well it's not actually extremely hard to figure out what to do there with extremes- take 4 4 dose ext att/str and one prayer pot more, use EE or EEE spec for defense and hp for every time you pot, have berserker prayer always on and pot when your stats hit 119. That should last you the same time as overloads only you'll have to use soul split more frequently. Torso actually isn't a great item to use there as the 4 str doesn't make as much difference as a barrows plate would for defense. Hope that helps.

Dungeoneering: Bindery
Wouldn't guardians ward be better than prim kite for keying? No idea if your thoughts are correct, but the main enemies a keyer faces are mages, and having good defense stats in everything plus a very nice mage def(hood+ward would give the same mage def as t7 ranged body). The ward is bound to be t9+.

Need a good corp setup...
Masses make the most sense, yeah. You won't get alot of loot and will run out of lsp soon, but atleast you'll be relatively safe and not lose a ton of money.

Need a good corp setup...
Since you are looking to ls you shouldn't use the best armor possible, rather go with proselyte or ruby bolts range. How much lsp do you have anyway? if it's not duo sara/arma hilt miss or <6 people ely/divine miss, you are not likely to get alot of drops(i didn't get almost any with duo claws miss).

Drop Rates of Elite Clue Scrolls
There is no difference in the way you look at it on the ground. You have to pick it up and, in some cases, read it, before you can know whether it's elite. Every one that I've ever gotten has looked different. Kind of like a regular scroll with a little tail. I don't know if they are all like that, but for me they have been. Elite scrolls can only be scan or compass clues- scan ones look a bit different while the compass ones look exactly the same as all other clues, only difference being that they are a compass clue when you open them.

skiller
I don't understand why people want to handicap themselves for no apparent reason(probably because they are bored of the game, but then they should quit...), but yeah, the best skiller is 138 combat. If you really can't live without cutting off one of your limbs, do it stylishly- DIY.

EEE @ Tds
But you would lose void bonus for dclaw specs and would be unable to use two handed ranged weapons(hand cannon), thus nullifying the potential bonuses. In any case, i wouldn't say losing 7 stab for 7 strength is always the best thing to do. Range sure, +25 ranged attack is a huge difference.

Void deflector allows you to swap from an unholy book to an armadyl chestplate while still giving the bonuses of a void set, thus giving you 25 more ranged attack bonus than you otherwise would have had with normal void. Anyway, i'm still doing the tests and looking to get a deflector as soon as possible, but the hand cannon is a really nice weapon to use there, anyway.

It is- that's why i'm testing it out. Having more of something doesn't specifically mean it will be better, hence why i did the tests of armadyl vs. void, where by 80 less ranged attack bonus was actually slightly better. If you have the deflector shield thing, you can use Barrow Gloves, or Armadyl Chestplate. Too bad one handed ranged weapons usually suck. That's why i'm determined to get the deflector- armadyl body has 25 more ranged attack bonus over unholy book, which will, undoubtedly, be useful. Testing the rates with second-rate armor isn't much use to me. I wouldn't entirely agree on the notion that two handed range weapons suck- after all, karils xbow and hand cannon allow for a very high number of kills an hour(up to 195 with proper luring, which i haven't yet done), which isn't much off from the melee max of 210 kills an hour. It's possible that range with rigor, chaotic crossbow and diamond/runite bolts could easily account for more than 200 kills an hour, but i have yet to test out that notion. Currently, the only reason melee is still better than range is deflect magic, which deflects ALOT of damage with negative magic defense.

I'd be really happy if you could help me out so just drop me a line in game(private chat always on) if you have the time to. When ranging you won't be needing anti-fire shield as normal antifires+deflect/protect mage have the same effect, supers are just more convenient to use as they give ~free herblore xp. I'm fairly sure that diamond bolts are better as the defense piercing effect occurs often and also deals more damage, but i guess i will be testing three types of bolts then(diamond, runite and broad). Karils xbow isn't that great of a weapon but i did the tests with it for other reasons, otherwise the cost of racks is just a bit high. dzihouchan, with 99 firemaking, i've used a hand cannon for 3 hours and it hasn't exploded yet so it doesn't make a major dent in the efficiency if this doesn't happen to be a rare occurrence.

Frost dragon bones are best to use while on brawlers
Really, very obvious, also no discussion value. More to the point, though, frost dragon bones are also the best bones to altar without prayer bralwers if you can make decent money an hour(like for instance, kill frost dragons).

Guide to efficient Frost dragon slaying.
Unfortunately, none of my friends has taken the time to do conquest at all, most likely because the rewards aren't that good or useful. If there were someone on these forums willing to lose enough rank to me for a deflector, i'd be really happy and willing to pay for it in street or gp, aswell as lose the ranks after i get the deflector, but i really can't be bothered to learn the game in order to gain ranks as there is a risk of actually losing rank. On a more relevant topic, i took the time to complete the quest for hand cannon and test it out there, and i must say, it's a great weapon. The results of the test were: Hand cannon Shot Void 15% 189 bone 738 shot 102 500 xp So far, the hand cannon is the best weapon i've used there, and also, it's quite cheap. Another point in favor of the hand cannon is that it has a really long range, the same length as the frost dragons, actually, so you lose less attack turns when luring.

Pack Yak , Turomoil or Extremes
I'd say that summoning is the most important, followed by prayer, then herblore. Yak allows around 50 more kills an hour, turmoil, and more importantly, soul split, allow you to melee efficiently, allowing for 20 more kills over ranged/melee with piety. The boosts by herblore are the smallest as extremes allow for 10 more kills an hour and oveloads allow for around 10 more kills over extremes.

Actually, if you think about it, since merchanting is a 0 gain activity, it doesn't overall benefit or hurt anyone, as in the monetary gain by some is compensated by the loss by the others. The fact that the ge is sometimes clogged up is because of bad design not merchanting, so it can't be put down to merchants. I'm also not talking about price manipulation here in regards to merchanting as that purely relies on the street market(which is a clear design fault by jagex) but rather investing and flipping, which actually help the ge work better.

07-Sep-10 Elite Diaries!
Really, but if you think if it that way, every newb you see alching is also ruining the game for the others, as any additional gp devalues the previous gp. Face it, merchanting is a completely normal part of the game and in fact real life- after all, most of the people living in developed countries make their living out of thin air, as in, they don't actually produce anything. Why can't this also be normal in an internet game?

Smithing Connundrum
Apologies for my ignorance but i'm not sure i understand how you combine. Can you elaborate? I quite like Blastfurnance but it does take forever and frankly smithing is a means to an end for me, not an end in itself! You take out a load of gold ore, superheat some ore while running to the furnace, click to smelt all ore on the furnace, and while you are smelting by the normal way, you also use superheating, as it doesn't disrupt the normal smelting. Somewhat click intense, but not much worse than normal superheating.

Bingo! You just made Pulli's point :-) Pyramid schemes are run by scammers and are illegal. So is stealing and murdering, y'know? <_< Thieveing is a skill that brings a minimal amount of gp into the game. Those who pk or go on pk world know what the risks are. Merchenting just messes up the economy for the benefit of the few over the masses. Erm, because thieving brings money into the game and player killers(or even monster killers, actually) know the risks, it isn't ''illegal'' in runescape, but merchanting is still illegal because it it overall doesn't benefit, or more to the point, hurt, anyone? Yes, pyramid schemes are illegal in real life, but so is murdering and stealing, which are completely normal in runescape, so why shouldn't pyramid schemes be normal in runescape?

200M in all Skills
Yeah, i've been testing out different ranging methods there lately, saw you there again today, too bad there are only 1-2 decent servers at any one time... But anyway, i highly doubt sighted mage long+ rune arrows is the best there as karils is both faster with a higher ranged strength, while ranged accuracy isn't tremendously important as traditional range void is better than armadyl. I'm guessing that diamond bolts+chaotic xbos+void(deflector) is actually the very best method, but i'm currently in the process of finding out. Uhm, correct me if I'm wrong, but the reason sighted longbow is better is because it adds accuracy to the cannon aswell, which is the main force when killing frosties, thus making it a better option. The bow you're shooting with isn't that important, and since people are there to make money, diamond bolts + chaotic cbow would be a foolish choice simply because it cuts down on profit alot while not gaining much more usefulness from them. :) You are right in the fact that ranged attack bonus also works for the cannon, but you also have to understand how the cannon works- each added attack bonus doesn't linearly increase the cannons accuracy, so after about 100 ranged attack ranged attack bonus gets irrelevant, quite like how prayer bonus works. Relying on the fact that void range is better to use at frost dragons then armadyl(which i've tested) even though the large(80 or so) difference in ranged attack bonus. Even though cannon does more than 50% of the damage at frost dragons, it doesn't do all the damage, thus your primary ranged attack is still extremely important. The difference of zamorak bow+zamorak arrows and chaotic crossbow+diamond bolts could be as large as 30 kills an hour, as well as alot of xp. I think you off all people should understand the value of xp, so even though one method would be a bit more profitable, it'd make sense to use the slightly more expensive method that gives more xp, since xp also equates to money, and this is particularly true for frost dragons since every dragon you kill is around 25k profit. Right now i've only been able to test 2 handed ranged weapons for their efficiency and arrived at some useful conclusions, but i've not been able to draw any conclusions for any one handed range weapons as i don't have a void deflector yet(and i believe it to be a big part of why range could be better at frost dragons).
