Support butt with back of hands. (THIS ONE HURTS) Balance Twists - Balance on Butt. Feet in Air as if in sitting position. Twist from side to side. Don't move legs. (OH MY GOD THIS ONE KILLS) Do about 20 of those twice a day. You'll be good :wink: Just started a weight room unit after school. :wink:

im 13 too nobody in my clas (as far as i know) has gotten his/her real first kis (maybe we in holland are just al late with first kisses) and with real kis i mean a long intense kiss I doubt if you really know what's going on in youre class 13 and nobody kissed? That's pretty rare, do you go to parties and stuff like that? On Topic: - First time in years nobody in my close family/friends died. - First time my huge rs time was usefull irl, otherwise my summervacation was hell boring in Sweden. I learned most of my english here. - My summer vacation totally owned. Bad things: - My best friend got gf, I've hardly seen him for half a year now because of here :( (Yes, I know pretty sellfish, but can you judge someone's feeling?) - Finally a nice girl who obviously loved me, but I was still too shy to tell my fealings. I got extremely mad at this comment. My dad doesn't sit back and mooch while he makes millions. He is up at 4 in the morning each day entering checks into the computer and finding out who he pays and getting it ready. It's lots of accounting, too. They have to call and order stuff from distributors of that product. It's not sitting back and mooching. It's way harder. I'd say my dad ends up working about 60 hours in his store per week and 20 hours out of his store per week. Yes, My dad is a wreck. .... Anyway, Great Guide! 10/10.
