Ice strykwyrms
It's the same as a ferocious ring, so +40 to every hit that connects, which ends up being quite a significant difference.

Hitting through teleports?
+1. No detriment to dying in your house, so you won't care that you get hit post-teleport.

Hitting through teleports?
In dungeoneering, it's different. A personal gatestone teleport will cancel all damage, while group gatestone teleport only seems to cancel certain types of damage if the group gatestone is within a certain radius of your character. The group gatestone is unreliable, so the best way to be safe from death is to always have your personal gatestone in a safe room at all times, as you will never take damage after teleporting to it. In overworld runescape, any attacks launched before you teleported still hit. It's always been this way. If I have to house tab out of a place for fear of death, I probably die in my house about 30% of the time (I really don't like teleporting before killing something).

Why are whips crashing?
They're not longer destroyed when people lose them in PvP, which was the only thing keeping their price up. Then, to rub salt in the wound, abbys also drop d bones now, which boosts the supply of whips as more people hunt abbys for the ashes.

law running is back!!!! free laws for you
It's still a decent moneymaker for lower levels, though. Which I might add constitutes the majority of runners (at least pre-GE). A lot of people did it for money and didn't give a [cabbage] about RC. Has less to do with the runners and more with the crafters. For RC exp this cheap, waaaay too many people will be willing to do it. You're either going to raise payment for runners to both attract more runners and weed out some crafters, or have 5 crafters to the runner, meaning it would be faster to just run the ess yourself.

law running is back!!!! free laws for you
Hate to break it to you, but you're going to have to pay the runners some cash in addition to the runes to make it worth their while. RC exp is highly valued these days, so asking runners to essentially give it away for extremely cheap isn't going to work.

Future Update Discussions
This. EW3 was one of the most excruciating quests in the game. The only ones that come close are See No Evil and One Small Favour. Not to mention that the rewards COMPLETELY suck for the hours of irritation involved in EW quests. The hell was wrong with Do No Evil? I didn't think it was annoying in the slightest. The entire quest. Running around dropping bananas for a monkey that randomly can't see them half the time, running across the entire map casting ice barrage on a [bleep]ing chocice, wandering around the desert waiting for your backpack to flip out so you can dig up crates... The entire quest up to the bosses was just a series of irritating time wasters with no legitimate difficulty. Busywork.

Yeah, using tokens for recharge is almost never a good idea.

Arma
With a divine and full Arma I can generally stay 3 overloads with only a couple brews, unless I get very unlucky with food drops. Again, I don't recommend the melee helm. Better to boost ranged bonus and mage defense, the melee minion isn't very strong.

You should try to get someone to make you a gorg 2h, most keyers won't mind getting that done for you during a floor. You should also get your berserker ring update at least to t5 or so, preferably more like t7 or t8. Medic is useless, gatherer can be nice for picking herbs or whatnot, and is also the preferred ring for keying.

Mining advice.
Dropmine granite until you can do concentrated coal, then dropmine that, then dropmine concentrated gold when you get high enough for that. Use mousekeys, lava titan (or obby golem if you can't use lava), juju mining pots (strongly recommend getting these if you don't have them, they speed it up a lot), and mining urns.

3rd Age/Spirit shields/Phats Discussion
Eventually, Torva along with Pernix and Virtus will become more affordable since people continue to milk Nex for those pieces. Having a good 5-10 people team is guaranteed at least 1 unique piece of armor from what I heard. Don't forget that updates brings more weapons/armors that could become a favor to hunting Nex more efficiently. Helm COULD be atleast reach ~150m but the platebody.....nah. 5-10 people can get 2-5 kills per trip depending on gear and the droprate for any item is about 1/25-1/30. 4 out of the 10 pieces are useless, so Torva/Pernix is really only one piece for quite a few trips of 5-10 experienced people. Right now the prices are so affordable because there are no buyers. In 1-2 weeks I think they will be HIGHER than they are now, simply because everyone is scared to put money into items falling in price. But the Nex hype has already died down. As much as we like to say there are a lot of high levels, the number of people with Overloads and the gear required for most teams (entailing a high Dungeoneering as well) is limiting. There are ample lootshare worlds available even in the middle of the day when Bandos, Corp, and TDs are packed. The number of new Nex drops is still limited. I'd say invest in some cheap Nex drops now or in a day before they go back up if you've got the spare cash. When I read this I made a quick calc in my head and came up with this. Assume: 6 man team can get 6 kills an hour drop rate of 1/20 => 1 kill per person per hour. => 1 piece per person per 20 hours At an average price of 400m/piece, this equates to 20m gp/hour. This is not even counting normal drops (left it out because 1 kill per person per hour is perhaps a bit too optimistic). Now the question is, is this 20m/hour a reasonable number to achieve an equilibrum price, or will it attract more/less people to go nexing (driving the price up or down). I think that the number should be well over 10m for sure to keep people nexing (taking into account no charms/effigies/xp, diffiiculties of team forming vs. tds which have semi decent xp, good effigies and 3-5m cash per hour). So yeah, 20m should be about right I think. Perhaps more towards 15m, hard to estimate IMO. Nex also costs a lot of money. I'm not totally sure on brew prices and such now but I think supplies run over 1m per hour per person, which is really going to cut into profits.

Bandos duo
You're going to get crashed hard. All non-ls bandos worlds are packed with high levels, and you guys will be among the easiest targets for crashing.
-
Dungeoneering Exp rates.
You have some things dragging the number down in there, but you also have to take into account forming teams and waiting for people to be ready, which adds a significant amount of time, so I'd say your numbers are fairly safe.

Jad healers and out dpsing them
No, this isn't how it works. The healers heal in two situations: 1) before they've been distracted 2) after they've been distracted and while they're within melee range of your character So if a healer can attack you, and you can attack Jad, the healer can heal. The best way to deal with this is to distract them all and then line them up so only one is attacking you (do this by running sideways several steps). That way, only one healer gonna heal, and you can outdamage it easily.

Ore or bars?
If the bar is annoying to make (mithril, addy, rune), it will sell for a little over its components (keep in mind they also take coal, so don't just compare the ore to the bar). If the bar is easy and decent exp (gold), the bars are utterly worthless.

Dungeoneering clan (DG ELites)
Okay. If the keyer is shouting at you to ggs and you're not doing it because you're lol so superior sitting there making ENTANGLES, you are a leach. You have a lot to learn before you're worth dunging with, but the first thing you need to learn is that you utterly suck.

There's a safespot. I swear there was some guide on cannoning black demons around somewhere but I'm too lazy to look for it.

Black demons. Effigies, charms, and ashes if you care to bank them. On another note, are you sure sc coifs work with cannon? I was unaware.
