For learning a language, i think going to the country is the best thing, but i can't go to the country. So what i'm asking here, is what are some good french websites, radio stations or tv shows etc, to help me learn french properly? anything is appreciated, i just need to get better at french :oops:

Is it me, or has everyone on tip.it gone insane and immature, completely incapable of interesting, intelligent discusion, and all the smart people have left? what happened to the science related, or news and current affairs topics?

The group health one on TF2 for a medic, where you uber 20 friends. I think its stupid because it forced me to MAKE friends. :oops:

Not sure if this helps or not (or if it's even true) Apparently if you like a person: You will move your feet toward them(a small bit), You will listen to them more then normal, You will pick a bit of dirt off there clothes(if there is any), You will show them your vulnerable areas(by that I mean your neck and you wrist) You will stand with your arms in your pockets (or some way that there not folded(it's ment to show Your listening and open or something like that)) Again I'm not sure if any of them are true, it's just something I heard. Things like this will happen unconciously. If you think about it, you will force yourself to do it. But you don't want to worry so much about trying to give off signs as much as reading the signs the other person is giving off. The only thing i do is look at my watch. I look at my wrist as if i have a watch if i'm not wearing it :XD:

Strangely enough, i was on an airplane yesterday. I slept a little bit, watched the movie (Be Kind Rewind) ate because i was intensely hungry, watched Anchorman on my PSP, and played on my DS. And even still i was bored crapless. Who knows what i would do on long haul flights, if they didnt have alot of decent movies :P

i have a tricky situation. Theres a girl who i would ask out as we like each other well enough to go out etc, however, one of my best friends fancies her, but he clearly wont have the guts to ask her out or anything, and the girl doesnt like him anymore then just a friend. So, if i do decide to go out with this person, my best friend (and some other friends who will sympathize with him) will think i'm a huge jerk and i would lose thier friendships. So, my own thoughts was to forget it, and just stay friends with everyone. But is there a way this could work?

This is a brief overview off IGN: I think the fact that they are putting GTA onto the DS (debatably the most child-friendly console available) is a ridiculous idea. Obviously it will sell, but maybe someone finally realised spoilt-brats whose parents fail on all aspects will buy it for them? Whats your thoughts?
