Gonnoherpesyphillitis? No nothing like that, I meant the flu or something. What's wrong with you people? I'm not planning on starting the new year with an STD, c'mon. Anyways, it was just a worse-than usual hangover.

Happy new year everybody! It's 4PM and I just got up, feeling soooo groggy. I have a baaaad feeling I picked something up last night

PFFFFT. I'm still standing by Simons, even though there is, admittedly, a growing number of G-Star [cabbage] on their shelves. But brands like Le 31, Djab, (can't think of any others) are top quality stuff! How'd you like the city? It kinda sucks with all the snow, but you came when it hadn't snowed for awhile so it must've been pretty nice.

That brings up a good question; what goes good with short sleeved dress shirts? I only own one myself but I'd still like to know. I'm guessing shorts with low cut shoes and ankle socks, with an ice cold beer  . I already tried wearing my short sleeved dress shirt with (1) dress pants and (2) fancy jeans but both times people just thought I was showing off my new muscles and it felt awkward.

It's easy - every time I intake a large quantity of booze I go out for lunch the next day after with friends, we cure our hangovers with a greasy lunch (sometimes it's dinner) and then hit the gym. I'll never get a beer belly this way, and after the gym and a shower my day totally restarts, ready for more alcolol  No updates in this post, I'm still aiming for the 200 bench press goal for 2011 but it's gonna be close!

Grblfg! I'm probably exaggerating but I'm starting to get cheesed at this girl who texts me at least twice a day. My limit is once daily, and only if it's because they have something to talk about. You can also text me more if I can put my penis is you more. It's even more frustrating when I check my phone after going out/driving/hockey/gym/research and find 5 messages from the same [bleep]ing braindead girl first asking if I had a good day, second telling me hers was good, third asking why I won't reply, fourth guessing why I'm not replying, fifth telling me to reply when it's convenient. Other than that my holidays have been decent. Good Christmas with good family, and I got to see friends I hadn't seen for a year. Now I'm hoping for an alcoholic time machine to be invented so I can fast forward to new years eve  . EDIT: Funny story alert! I had almost forgotten, I have a funny story to share. To keep things PG13 lets just say I had my fingers in a very special place, somewhere a lot of boys wish they had their fingers in right now. Anyways, lets also say I was vigorously trying to get something out of what my fingers were in when I got a hand cramp. It was a really intense and it made my fingers go in a really weird position and I couldn't straighten them out because it hurt too much. This made three of my fingers stuck in the 'thing' it was in and it made me and some girl very panicked and scared for thirty seconds. I am hoping it was a once in a lifetime thing because for a few seconds I honestly though I'd never get my hand back :ohnoes:

I just got my PLDR shipment; -Naked and Famous brown cargo pants fit PERFECTLY, nicest pair of jeans i've dressed my legs with -Chad Muska jeans are way too tight fitting, will probably give away -Standard blue jeans for $15 are top quality, nothing special but fit great :) Even the t-shirt and pair of shorts I got were slim-fitted. This site rocks, even though I had to pay an unexpected 17$ for customs.

I don't like the contrast and leather always looks better with age. Also Clark is the original trendsetter since they've been more or less around for decades (if it's not me then I won't allow it to be anyone else). How do they deal with snow? I wanted to buy some for this winter but I looked at the sole and I wasn't convinced of the grip and warmth, so I bought cheap brogue boots from Aldo. Ironically, the rubber stickers that they give you to add grip to the flat soles are torn to shreds so I'm probably doing even worse than with DBs. @Sam: http://www.davidz.com/category.cfm/special/EXCLUSIVE They're fantastic in snow. I obviously avoid throwing myself in snowbanks when I wear them because they don't go up your ankle that much and some snow gets in if your pants don't fit perfectly. The grip is surprisingly good, I don't fear walking on ice with them on (I never fear ice, but these do have good traction). As for warmth, it's pretty bad. But I just wear 2 pairs of socks instead of 1 and that keeps my feet nice and toasty warm

I've had a pair of DB's for an entire winter now (trendsetter whaaaat?) and they don't look better battered. The main reason being the light coloured sole gets much much much darker and the contrast is lost. Still a good boot though.

I don't remember much from last night other than a drunken argument with a bartender who wanted me out of his bar and me grabbing a handful of toothpicks to spite him. I wouldn't believe my story either but there's a pile of restaurant toothpicks on my dresser right here. My mouth also went places I'm pretty sure I'd immediately regret if I saw the face of where it had been now that I'm sober. Today I was awoken by a text from the same person when I realized I was meeting my professor that morning to go through the plan for my research project. I had slept maybe 4 hours, took a nap on the train there, and acted perfectly sober for a solid hour as he explained complicated ass [cabbage] to me. I am so freaking impressed with myself that I gave myself a high-five on my way back home.

I have a bad feeling i'm developing a foot fetish. Forgive me if this is inappropriate, but when I stuffed all 5 of a girl's toes in my mouth at once I got extremely turned on. I don't know why I did it, they were just there and I had an impulse. She thought it was super cute that I had done that and I guess something in my brain made a connection, now I (kinda) love feet  .

nevermind; Staedler HB2

:wall: It's too bad you guys feel that way. I'm not getting it either way, I don't feel like dropping 70$ on a watch when I can buy 7 shirts or 3 jeans for the same price :shame:
-
Yeah but not the turntable one... it looks sick!
-
I grabbed a pair of brown canvas jeans from N&F ;) 122$ of stuff total, whenever I saw an item for 10 bucks or less I just tossed it in my cart. I want to be prepared for the next sale though, they have really nice sweaters this sale but they're all sold out already. Do you guys see that Flud turntable wris[bleep]ch? Its really cool and it's in their sale add, but it's not part of the watches you can buy :(

lovin' the silly band wolf :) And Zierro, don't worry about my liver. I already made my brother promise to give me a liver transplant when he got accepted to medschool. 2 should be enough for one lifetime I hope.

[bleep] you, having anxiety/depression sucks and if medication is the only thing that makes it stop or minimizes it so I can function normally, then I'm going to take it and shouldn't have to hide it or anything (granted she said too much). It doesn't just magically go away on it's own, or last a short while like a cold. Anyone who says it does has never experienced it Nice to meet you, too. I didn't say I was against medication (or even more specifically medication for depression), I said that I was amazed at how people here provided a list of all their deficiencies and what they're taking to ease them. I understand that you shouldn't have to hide such information with those around you, but I don't see why you would share in the first place. People form opinions about you when they hear stuff like that. Do you also tell everyone about that weird looking mole on your back, or about how you had a strange bowel movement last week? And goddamnit I didn't want 'to go there' but you people have forced me to: I feel like almost everyone has gone through depression in these forums. I have also have a feeling that you're all just describing a period in your lives when you were sad teenagers. EVERYONE HAS HAD THAT. Shut the hell up about it, you can all write about you midlife crises in 40 years on your blogs and how you overcame it without anti-depressant drugs. Some people actually experienced stuff in life and need those drugs, just like a broken arm needs a cast. You can't will your ulna and radius back into shape.

Hey, thanks for this!!! There's a lot of quality stuff on here, it's a shame a lot of the items are only available in extra, exrta, extra large or XXXXL. Nonetheless some of these jeans look top quality, and for only 20$.

I only stole once and it was from a drug dealer (bad choice, I know). But he was a moron and didn't notice me pocket a handful of weed as he was using his fancy new scale to weigh out a gram for me. I'm not proud of it but the night that followed was pretty epic so I don't regret it at all.

You people are surprisingly liberal about your medication intake.. I don't take any personally but if I did I sure as hell wouldn't share with everybody. This one girl in my lab went on and on about the [cabbage] she was on for 10 years of her life - anti-depressants, steroids, sleeping pills... the list kept going on and nobody had the balls to make her stop talking (especially after the mention of steroids). ITS JUST WEIRD OK?

Last night we transitioned a party from one house to another and I was stuck carrying two 24's for a solid 5 blocks. We passed a house where people were getting into their cars and they were laughing at how we had so much beer, "especially that guy with 2 24's, hahahah" (but in French). I was super drunk at this point (I think it was around 2AM, i'd been drinking since 5) and tired so I yelled obscenities in English to them as I walked passed. They asked me to repeat in French so I yelled even more vulgar obscenities in French until my friends told me to shut up. The guys were like "wow dude relax, whats your problem?" So I apologized and offered them a beer. When they politely declined I called them little [bleep]es and walked on my merry way. Then, as we almost arrived, they drove by in their cars and hit me with snowballs. My friends almost died laughing when they saw my confused face, i'd already forgotten about the encounter and couldn't understand why I was being targeted.

I'm glad I watched the fight instead last night, how embarrassing for Montreal.

I really enjoyed creating the Hegemony thread during the recent forum rollback period. It blew up pretty quick and almost got the same amount of posts as the Today thread in less than 2 weeks before the rollback. ...or was that 2009? I can't find the topic anymore, I remember a bunch of nerds taking it over anyways.

I've been losing all my games ever since I hit 2000 rating (diamond). It's probably because I only play 1-2 matches a day, so I'm never warmed up when I go up against these relatively good players and I just get stomped. I know i'm better than most of the people that beat me, it's just a matter of finding more time to play. The next patch (end of December) will introduce 2 new leagues: Master league (top 1-2% of diamond players) and Grand Master (top 200 region). My goal is to get into the Master league, right now I'm hovering around the 90th percentile of the entire b.net so I have looots of catching up to do. Being rank 1 in your diamond division isn't even good enough to get into Master league if your division is trash  I may have to pick a race (instead of playing random) if I want a chance to be promoted.
