The swastika is apparently a Chinese character. I found it while I was looking up words for a test of mine. I have no idea what it means, however, though I'm pretty sure it was in use before Hitler/the Nazis. I forgot someone in my post...Adam. He's pretty cool, liked by most people. He has the same style of humor as I do, and is extremely cynical. He also loves to talk in a Russian accent, though he isn't even in the slightest partially Russian. It makes him even funnier, I suppose.

Computers in general. And then you can break it down...Internet (TIF, at a point...), MMORPGs, other computer games (Like AoE, CivIV, etc.). I personally don't get addicted to other console games as easily...Sure, I played a bunch of Brawl the day I got it, but I wouldn't even compare my "addiction" to that to even be close to my old addiction for AoE.

PC, mainly for the reasons already stated. Not to mention it's the only system with free games, unless you count Wii Sports...At least I think it is. It's also the most customizable, it's much harder modifying for example a Wii, than a PC. And PCs were the original system...So games are much more developed.

You were bashing Brawl in your topic, and saying that you sold your copy...Now you're acting like it's a good game? Anyway, I have to be a counselor (Somewhat) at my church's annual camp this week, so my time slots are limited to after 4 PM. :|

Basically the same, but I'm the noob Dedede mainer with Wiimote-Nunchuk combo who only ever sometimes beats his friends at brawl, but usually comes in second. FTW! Really though...I'm with SS4/Crazy, I thought C-stick is normally banned/looked down upon? My friends banned it from our games back in Melee (Except for those who really sucked), and the rule carried across to Brawl, not to mention Wiimotes/Nunchuks don't even have a C-stick. As for tap jump, I use it...I used to use X and Y when I used GC controller, but when the first time I used the Wiimote/Nunchuk, I had no idea where the jump button was. So I had to use tap jump. And I suppose here's the big weakness...If I keep "C" as jump, then what's going to be grab? Two button combos are too prone to failure...And no other button is convenient, except possibly down on the D-pad. I might actually try that. Utilt is one of Dedede's best moves, I guess. (Though I'll have to adapt...Again...)

I'm not sure, but I don't think you've added me yet, Mac. I'd like a few 1v1s against you sometime, though I'm sure you'd win. Skatedog, I'm not sure if you've added me yet. I haven't added you though, I'll get around to it sometime soon.

I guess it's somewhat similar to computers. Why would anyone need a Vista, what's wrong with Windows 98? Though computers are much more important than phones. However, I've heard that iPhones are going to start becoming a handheld video game system soon... :-s I guess the more expensive (And "better") phones are more stable, they work better, have a few more features, and look cooler. But they're not needed, I agree. And Goddess, I had to laugh. "Pizza dude"... :lol:

Ah, Blue's Clues, favorite show when I was little... I'm younger than most of you so some of these things are unfamiliar to me. However, things like Thomas the Tank Engine bring back memories...

Okay, I'm falling for it...To be honest though, if you actually believed this article, you fail. ...And shooting games are just random people running around firing guns at each other. You know, the inclusion of Marth and Roy in Melee led to Fire Emblem being published in North America/Europe. And the inclusion of Pit in Brawl is probably leading to a new Kid Icarus. So sure, the characters might not be well-known at the time of the game's release, but they will be eventually. I have to laugh at this. Mario has sold games, but Luigi hasn't. Link has, but Toon Link hasn't. Nor Zelda. Nor Ganondorf, at that. I mentioned this above...And who cares if the characters haven't sold good games, that's not the point. *Coughitemswitchcough* If skill has nothing to do with it, I would beat Kent a lot. Anyway, the SSB series is good because it's unique. It's unlike any other popular fighting game. It relies on building up a percentage, and then sending someone flying. Rather than bashing someone to reduce their health bar to nothing. And of course, there's the fun with items. It also brings great characters together...Mario using his cape to slap Pikachu? I have to agree with Melee being better in terms of gameplay, but Brawl is better in terms of content. The content of Brawl + gameplay of Melee = Pure awesomeness.

He might not need that stuff, but come on...He wants it. And you've wanted things too...Admit it. Not to mention that he's willing to work for it, I wouldn't say that's spoiled. The iPhone and Rock Band are things that I understand, I don't care about cell phones at all (I have a cheap $15 dollar one), but yea, I'll agree, I've wanted things like that. However, the hunting knife...A bit overkill? Unless you plan on selling the things you hunt, I would say wait on it, unless you want it more than an iPhone or Rock Band. Lower your expectations first, you're not getting $400 in a month. Maybe two or three months, maybe a year, but definitely not one. As for the people telling him to get a job, he's already said that he CAN'T. Not that he doesn't want to. If these things are things he really wants, I would believe that he would be willing to work for them - I would. However, if you mean "Wait until you're older, then got a job", I'll agree. If you can't get a job, not even small tasks, you're probably not going to make much money at 14. I guess you could help out with random tasks, and perhaps make some money off that. If I understand correctly, you're 14 and live basically in the middle of nowhere. If the latter is false, and it's just that you live kind of off to the side of a town/city, you can attempt to become an assistant. To what, I don't know. But I'm pretty sure you can become one at 14, and make some money off it. If you truly can't get an official job (Which I believe is true, if you have the same laws as here), you'll need a bit of luck and patience. All I can say is good luck, and if you truly want those things, be determined and don't give up.

I'm the opposite of a bandwagoner... :lol: I was a Red Sox fan for a long time. From like '98 to '04. Then they won the World Series, and everyone became a Red Sox fan. That's when it started getting boring for me. Sure, I kept watching a bit, but not as avidly as before. Then I guess I really stopped watching last year. I'll sometimes follow the scores online now, but I think I've lost interest. Anyway, yay Red Sox. Sure. They can win it even without Schilling...

Heh, forgot some...Like numbers. Whenever I play Brawl, the volume is at 8. Always. Otherwise, it must be on a composite number. The only prime numbers I sometimes allow are 2 and 5. I rarely have anything in a prime number, once again with the exclusion of 2 and 5. Seven is THE evil number. I can't leave a Rubik's Cube unfinished. I center things a lot, or put things in an exact corner. For example, at school, I'd put my notebook either in the exact top right corner of my desk, or in the center. During the school year, I had my binders in my backpack in an exact order, all the time except when they were out. When watching DVDs, I rewind, rewind, and rewind some more until I hear and understand every single word. Likewise with books, I read every single word somewhat carefully. When I read, I often type out the words on an imaginary keyboard. And then there are those you don't want to know. Not just masturbating, but er...Yeah. I'll leave it at that.

Pretty sure most people do, I do. :P Then I'll count that as a weird habit of mine, I don't. When I eat M&M's or Skittles, I count how many of each color there are (In my head). Then I eat them in a certain order (Depends), until there are the same number of each. Then I'll eat them in a pattern, such as red, yellow, green, red, yellow, green, etc. I crack a lot of joints, all the time. Especially my left thumb, left knee, and right big toe. I push up my glasses with the sides of my left middle and index fingers. I do the bed thing as well (No, not THAT), as in what Tripsis said.

I've noticed that too, there are also a lot of Lucas players. I just had some epic special brawls...I made a stage that's just a column, four blocks wide. Then I made it mega, with bunny ears, light and fast. And turned on smash balls and super mushrooms. And made everyone Bowser. #-o I tried it with Dedede and DK as well, then Ness and Captain Falcon (To see how low their voices could get...). Bowser and CF were the best, Bowser sometimes got much bigger than the stage, and "Falcon punch" in an extremely low, manly voice is really amusing. I might get on Brawl tonight, from 11 to midnight (EST). Maybe. See some of you then?

Yeah, sorry man, shotgun beats throwing star. Yeah, but you see, when Lenin said "throwing star", he meant an actual star that he throws. I'm not really sure a shotgun can beat that.

I'm trying to convince myself that my life isn't as bad as I think it is. Yep, I'm emo... -.- Really though, I'm reflecting on my life. It's full of regret and sadness, bordering on bittersweet. It hasn't sunk in yet that it's summer, that school is over, and that I have to change my daily routine. Otherwise, I'm bored out of my mind. Absolutely nothing interests me right now. I would actually prefer to have school keep going... :| I don't really want to talk to my friends (Except one...), I'm not addicted to any video games at the moment (Not even Brawl...), a game of tennis with my friends doesn't interest me, nor does reading or watching TV. I have no idea how I'm going to spend the next two months...Probably just going to sit here typing away and moaning. :x :wall: -.- :cry:

I love fun brawls, I'll try to get on. Anyway, school is officially over for me, I'll be on a few hours basically every day from now until the beginning of September. :lol: And Bloodyhatchetbear, you could just simply change the picture. One picture could mean that it's you, another could mean it's him. Though you might as well change the name if you do that. By the way, what do the balls next to names mean?
