Huzzah

I wear my skill capes because I'm proud of my skills. My first level 99 was range in '06 back before it became a semi buyable skill. I worked my butt off for it and I think I'll always wear it. My Fishing cape I'm proud of because I took the super slow route along the way and fished about 98% sharks from 76-99. I made a ton of cash and some awesome friends along the way and it was a great time for me in runescape. Although many people consider firemaking a noob skill how many level 99 fm'ers have burnt only their own self cut logs? I got to about 97 wc cutting and burning willows. I think thats quite the achivement. Closing in on 99 magic I can't wait to wear the cape around. I think it has an awesome design (one of my fav visually in runescape) and magic has always been one of my fav skills. Why not wear them?

I pretty much always hop. I almost find it rude not to for most slayer tasks although I can understand overcrowded boss monsters.

I smell a troll. Anyone who believed this should really think more. Sure trees can be a bit overdue but has any other player had herbs 30+ minutes overdue?

I notice a lot of people who responded in this post about how they take over spots often go overboard on the number of times it takes to find a free world. For most slayer tasks I think the most I've ever hopped was 3 or 4 times. Oh no!

The only rank I care about really is overall. I'd like to be top 25k one day, if that ever happens.Also maybe one day I'll rank range as its my fav combat style, still.

What does it matter what they're using? Why do you feel you're better then anyone else and what happened to respecting other people?

To me it simply shows ignorance when someone jumps in on a spot as it slows down the xp for both parties and is it really that hard to find an empty world for most tasks? I don't believe the combat level of either player should matter much as just because someone has logged more hours doesn't make them any better of a player or person persay.

I don't think Jagex planned the effigys to be super easy to do. For this reason I disagree. It was put into the game for high level content not meant for people with lower skills as theres already many parts of the game for that. The exp cap is fine and I would hate to see it raised by anything more then doubled or I think it would unbalance the system. The 30k exp per skill is also a very good idea.

I like my account name. I also have a noob from way back in classic named G o d. His skills are horrible but I love the name esp since you can't have multi spaces in your names anymore. Theres been lots of good names though from the past. One of my favs has always been Fist Of God. I wish I could grab the name Guthix as well or my irl name.

Tons of runes and maybe 99 herblore. I love magic but I hate running low on runes.

Finally two days ago (16th) I achieved my fourth 99, 99 Firemaking. It seemed to last forever because I can honestly say I never spent a geepee on it. I spent my time instead cutting and burning willow logs just south of Rimmington. In total it brought me just under 500k exp to 97 woodcutting along the way. This is a nice 99 for me since I took a two year break from spring of '07 until returning late in '09. Fun fact: My third 99 was fishing and was achieved March 1st 2007 (was 2085th to 99 Fishing btw). Currently I plan to chop willows till at least 97 while firemaking to climb a few ranks. Soon I hope to become a member again and I can see myself chopping ivy then from that point to 99. Just really could use a break from willows. Guthix Book Rubber Chicken/Eek Third Age Mage/Range

Nope, I tried it for a bit during the beta and didn't enjoy it. I've been playing RS for so long now I'm not really interested in switching games.

Latly I've been training my woodcutting as I'm trying to advance to 99. Its such a joy in f2p at least once a day I have some random low level approach me and ask for several random items (fish, burnt meat, bones, whatever) before going on their way. Do they truly believe people keep these items on them just incase someone asks? lol

Just a few questions about the ghostly figures from the G.E. photograph. I thought that the effect took place on everyone at the exact same time, is this not true? If it is true how do you explain the exception, Why would a select number people be exempt? Secondly, Why do those ghostly players seem to not be following the standard emote that everyone else went threw? II simply does not make sense to me that they would behave differently. Also for the dots couldn't that be explained as in p2p the cats have white dots as well, don't they? We all know they aren't human controlled.

I'm normally on HD although I do use SD the very odd time.

Awesome achievement. I'm currently going for 99 wc/fm too so I know how long it takes. Esp willows on f2p (currently, sadly) can't believe you did magics/yews, very impressive.

This post is funny skills have gotten so easy to the point its pathetic. Try getting 99 range without chins the way people used to get it or woodcutting without all the modern advantages then complain.

39 Summoning. I used tears to train it mostly before I lost membership.

I created this account sometime early 2001. I remember hearing about the game from someone in my class so I believe it was around March or April although I'm not quite sure what one. I've taken years off this game though so that somewhat explains my stats. =P
