Yeah, only staff get custom ranks per request. However, we used to have custom rank contests so "normal" users could get a rank... should bring those back. ;) We really should that would be fun.

I would like to see the market place put back the way it was, it wasn't that big a deal but it did influence how I used the forum, now I mainly find the topics I need through the find your posts button instead of looking at new posts in the forums.

You wanted to know what site thought of the MSSW concept :wall: You see I am mainly from runevillage, so a good arguement could be made as to it being thought up by runevillage. However I chose to make it completely unbiased, so RV gets no special treatment (except for getting yellow capes, cause yellow is my favorite color). For this reason no site thought of it, but a person from RV designed and maintened the entire thing. What is there to maintain?

It would be awesome if Tip.It had it's own dynamic signatures and stat under banners like Draynor. That would cause allot more people to come here. But maybe you could appoint like a market database staff from forum members and we would have some way to update it, that would leave the regular staff to do there thing. I would defiantly help.

You shouldn't be using something as evidence if you don't know what you're talking about. That 100Mbps is your LAN speed, not your true download speed. Test it using speedtest.net and you'll see. The last post on it was Wed Sep 21, 2005 now what use is it to have that in the archive. (Not to start a flam war.) It's much easier to just leave them there instead of spending thousands of hours pruning them by hand while trying to leave the topics people may actually want to read again. Tip.It is constantly being bombared by users and if it truely was slow loading and it was Tip.It's problem, there would be tons of people complaining about it, not just one. There. What more action can they take other than locking. The mods lock a thread, tell the user what they did wrong, leave it up for a few days, then it either gets moved to an archive by a mod or pruned automatically. Most people don't go to the end of forums to look at locked topics. What do you want the mods to do? And you can honestly say that all the topics in the archive are useful and are not spam like this topic on page 135, The last post on it was Wed Sep 21, 2005 now what use is it to have that in the archive. Sorry to double post but the signature text limit is still smaller than it used to be, you can see that my signature not ends at a strange point in the middle of some code.
