I though it allowed people to buy the mining cape without 99.... It seems very clear to me that this is a fake. 1st: why crop it when the levels are right next to the bank in game? 2nd complete different quality's of the pictures, stats is good quality bank is bad. in response to your first question... uhhh check it... the stats AREN'T right next to the bank... it's your inventory... I'm pretty sure its a fake, some of the items in the bank are impossible to get at those levels...
