While it may be useful for gathering some meterials, the fact that it would take ruby or higher makes it a bit unapealing to me. Unless of course it doesn't break when all of its charges are used up, like a glory. Nothing more was mentioned. It was stated ambigiously partly because it was found under the Crafting Guild entry of the Knowledge Base. You're welcome.. For every big update very awaited by players (like construction) they will leak a little info in the knowledge base, when they found out the information as spread on a major forum they remove the hint. I'm just guessing that it's ruby. It's a flying guess. Besides, it's a necklace, not amulet. And the sapphire necklace has already been used. If it is Onyx or Dragonstone, eh . . . that's probably possible. But then it'd need a way of recharging, because they wouldn't give it unlimited charges. And they couldn't give it limited and then have it go pop because onyx and drag are too rare. But of course, these are just my opinions on an item not yet released. It could even be a quest item.
