I was in a facebook dev IRC channel last night and I stumbled across someone coding an application to pull stats from the highscores and I thought you guys might find it interesting :)

It's in "beta" now or so he says, but I've had a friend add it and he says "it works, hurrah!", so yeah! :P

1. Is ported susposed to mean "Reported"? If so, type that please. Sounds like a ship just came in... :anxious:

Pretty simple when I did it, just Add Application and then click Runescape Info on the left side (might be under more) and then go back to your profile!

There's so many new applications on Facebook, I don't know which ones to choose from :P

That seems to be the problem with 99% of people I've talked to about it :P

Good find and all. But i'll never do it with my facebook. Displaying that on facebook/going a group that's like "I play RUNESCAPE" is pretty much like taking a gunshot to your head.

It seems people here are embarrased of playing Runescape?

 

 

 

C'mon people like nerds O:)

It's a cool app, but like most others, I see no reason to mesh my social appearance with video game stats I have. Not really a great combination imo.

If I had (a lot) of real life friends who played, it might be cool.

 

However I don't, so I'm pretty much going to agree with everyone else that I plan to omit this application :oops:

 

 

 

I'll stick with the music app which is pretty much a free unlimited music player.

LOL, I did a search for "RuneScape" and I'm the only person on my university's network to list it in my interests. :P

pretty cool. Ya i had heard about facebook making the capability of add-on applications for people accounts. Seems pretty cool.

It doesn't work for me. A bunch of N/A's, when all my skills are in the highscores.

It worked earlier but no longer does so I uninstalled it.

Apparently jagex changed the highscores format ever so slightly :\

 

However, it seems to be fixed now

 

 

 

 

 

I should go find out what the fix was so I can fix my highscore grapher :(

Haha the last thing I need is to declare my RS geekiness to the rest of the world on Facebook!
