Dude if your band members left they probably had their reasons, maybe they would have more succes in the 'rival' band, support their discission and wish them luck is what I would do. And the girlfriend part.. It may feel like she was "the one" right now, but next month you'll meet someone else and feel the same way about her, I've had that sooo many times. 99 Slayer since August 2007.

None of those problems you listed are anywhere near being important enough to kill yourself over.
