Dragon full helm... just goes to show that a dragon kite etc will more then likely come out. (you can see a dragon kite by dropping each half of a d square on the ground on top of eachother). Personally I am not very excited. They have yet to change some small things such as, bonuses for karils armour, the fact that the two halfs of a dragon square actually make a geometricall kite, etc. I think that a dragon med is just bogus. They just came out with a new amazing shield and to come out with something else this quick idk about.

Well this will make d meds even more worthless... currently the only thing people want them for is to complete a full dragon 'set', but now they won't even be needed for that...

 

 

 

The trouble with these updates is that some ideas that strike me as being quite dumb get accepted... wtf mithril dragons? I'd always understood that Jagex didn't want to release a dragon stronger than the KBD because then he wouldn't be the KBD anymore. Oh well...

 

 

 

Everything else does look interesting though.

Whoa, dark bow, dragon arrows/darts, crossbow update, draconic visage,... and now dragon full helmet.

 

 

 

We're finally getting high level updates. A whopping lot of them too, fancy that. Dragon pickaxe, dragon boots, they don't sound so far-fetched anymore do they?

 

 

 

Yeah, you know what's funny though... how many times have you seen someone on forums say "Jagex said they aren't releasing anymore dragon items. Stop talking about it"... or something to that effect...

 

 

 

I don't know if they'll release a dragon kite as who would want it over the Visage or 3rdAge? But, the other stuff for sure :)

 

 

 

:-s Armour needing 60 Defence to weild isn't what I would call high level.. We've already got the high level armour n the form of Barrows and 3rd Age.

D full might be because the d med is so low in price now and since it was released a few more monsters drop it. If the d chain dropped dramatically over a long period of time and more monsters dropped it the plate might get released (just a thought lol, I'm not saying it will).

 

 

 

I'm intrigued about the d full and mith dragons. A new quest with an intriguing reward and more stuff, looks like a good month.

first thing i saw when i checked the front side for the btc... i saw mith dragons, then dragon full helm... and then the one that is best for me... 30 rooms for construction! =D no more deleting to make rooms be good in my house =D

i forsee drag helm equalling torag helms stats but with no breaking, meaning it will be worth it. im more looking forward to its looks rather than if it'll be good i hope they made it look cool

 

 

 

Torag's helm requires 70 defense, Dragon helm requires 60 defense. Why would a dragon helm be strictly better than an item with a higher defense requirement? You might say that the fact that the dragon full will be super rare allows it to have better stats, but barrows has better stats than 3rd Age despite begin a lot less rare.

 

 

 

Regarding the clarifying which items you want to keep... I agree that it'll simply tell you what you would keep, and not actually let you choose. However, I don't think that letting you choose would be unfair, for pking or for anything else. You're supposed to keep your 3 best items when you die. Jagex determines that by shop price, which doesn't always give some items the priority that they should have as set by player market prices or by difficulty to obtain. I would rather lose my yellow robe top from Canafis clothing store than my Penance Gloves, but if I've got three items that are virtually worthless like robes and a hat, then I'll end up loosing my gloves that take at least two hours to obtain. When Jagex first made this system, they did not anticipate so many items that would have no shop value but would be incredibly valuable to players. Letting players choose what items they keep would fix this problem. As for pking... how would this negatively affect pking at all? Most items that people pk with already have high shop prices (barrows sets, whips, etc.), so people would still keep the valuable items. In fact, somebody pking with a fighter torso would now be able to choose to keep it over an item worth only 400k or so. This way, the winner of the fight would get more valuable loot and the looser would keep an item that would be tremendously irritating to obtain. It's a win-win situation.

I think the Dragon Full will have stats marginally inferior to a third age helm, but have a nice strength bonus. Anyway, I am sure Jagex anticipates the surge of people trying to kill Mith Dragons, so they will probably make around ten spawns. And I am sure that there won't be that many people farming them, because it sounds like a long, difficult quest is in order, comparable to the next "Legends/Heros" quest.

 

 

 

Oh, and Mith Dragons will be absurdly difficult to kill. Steel Dragons have like defense comparable to a player with a defense level of 80 in full Torags, so Mith Dragons will probably be that much more difficult. :ohnoes:

 

 

 

I think I can see some people using Antifires + Veracs down there.

if the drago full has better stats than torags then it just unbalances it all.no-one would buy a torag helm because it degrades and has lower stats than a non degrading d full.not saying they will be cheap enought to go dark beats,dagking slaying in etc but you get the idea.

We are making more changes to the Random Events in the game with the removal of specific events and the addition of a new one, this time featuring a dragon headmaster and some monstrous classmates. LetÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s hope you do well, or itÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ll be the dunces' hat for you.

 

 

 

To me, the possibility of getting rid of the Drunken Dwarf is soooo much more exciting than a new helm I'm not going to buy, or a monster I can't really kill yet. I mean, man, I can barely kill bronze dragons.

 

 

 

Still, exciting update nonetheless. Can't wait to see what they look like. :) And no more door spammers? Awesome! :P

Why must everyone be so forgetful. The Bronze, Iron, and Steel dragons all dropped ore bars; Bronze, Iron, and Steel Bars. There is no Black Bar, therefor there will be no Black Dragon. I hope that clears that up for those of you who keep asking stuff like that.

Wonder what the stats are going to be to CONSTRUCT Burial ships, WEILD one-handed spears, FIRES the old fashioned way, modify POTIONS and bare-handed FISHING. Ok obviously u need a few skills to do this mini game. I wonder how high/low the requirments are going to be :-X . I realllly Hope they are high , but i doubt it.
