At 70 and 71, I was hitting 14's on Fire Giants. I leveled to 72, and started hitting 15's. I believe your range attack bonus compared to your opponent's range defense bonus effect how often you hit, and you range level in combination with your ammunition effect your max hit. Well I can tell you one thing: The maximum hit for the dragon arrows has been figured out. Go search the runescape forums for "Dark Bow Calc". I think they hit something like 1.225 times your level, + all the pots and prayers and special and equipment. I believe that at my level, 90 ranged, I can actually one-hit myself using d arrows (p++) :lol: Look at my evidence of geekdom... MWAHAHAHA!
