If you 'succumb' to it, in my opinion, you've always had a temptation to do so. So basically, if you have zero intent on ever doing so, you've got no problem. He can say anything he wants to you, but it won't matter. Sticks and stones and all that bollocks. I believe that to about 85%. The thing is, if a person being pressured gets the feeling like (at least around them) everyone is doing it, than i could see it getting incredibly hard. People want to fit in. On the other hand, I think everyone can find at least that one kid who's not doing it. I never had a problem with it since I could always find those people. I was smart enough to stay away from it (a few days later they were cought anyways). If you get busted, even if it's your first time, your parents will be very sad. Talk about it with your parents, they are the smartest ones anyways. (Most of the times) And even if it's alcohol, what isn't that bad: There is a time and place for anything. And after school isn't the place, and when you're young it certainly isn't the time! If its national than this applies to all provinces, if not than Nova Scotia or provinces with simalar legislation. Basicly here, the possesion charge would just be a fine, maby some time in juvie depending on what he has and how much. Black mail, im not sure but chances are he would be off the hook beofore he would be out of oyur life for good. Basicly our system operates on making people applogise to the people theve harmed, in otherword nothing. Just find out what the penalty is for possesion of illegal substance and black mail is before you go to cops. As for the drugs, ask him why he keeps trying to give you drugs for free (proboly to get you hooked so you will buy from him). His answer should be interesting at the least, hell stop offering if your lucky (liek when someone offers you a cigarete and you say no thanks. There secretly relived you said no cause thats there money. There also not likely to ask again). Always refuse the drugs though, especily since you don't know him and some people will do things like soke a joint in windex to increse the weight (cant be good for you). wakka102 Posted September 28, 2007 Share Posted September 28, 2007 I've had people ask me plenty of times but whenever i said no they were cool, alot of my friends do things like this but they are all very nice and won't pressure you if you don't want to do it. I've been to parties with them were there was alot of drugs and alcohol present, now I have no problem with alcohol, I'll drink, but I wont do anything else and they respect me for it. Now, the thought of being threatened into it, I don't really know how to handle that since I've never been in the situation. Real friends wont force you to do anything you don't want to. Also, I think that no drugs are worth it and are a huge waste of money and time. I had been offered smokes and dak by alot of my mates, and I'd just say no, and they'd respect that. Just depends what sort of mates you have. Now I smoke ciggies and the odd roach, and alot of my mates don't, I'll offer it to them, just because I am generous, haha, but if they say no, I leave it at that.
