Which deserves more leveling credit? F2P or P2P?

-for magic, alching steel plates is f2p, isn't it?

How many F2P can get their hands on that many steel plates at a cheap enough price to level? Members can either buy or fletch yew longs a lot faster than buying or crafting steel plates.

enough, apparently. it's one of the top-alched items, if i'm not mistaken. members would have a harder time, i'd think any self respecting f2p-hating member would smith with goldsmith gauntlets instead of plates

F2P should have more leveling credit because the only methods available include long, monotonous skill grinding. Members have a lot more items and features to make these skills easier. For example: For 99 Cooking, members use The Rogue's Den.

The idea that they should have more credit is stupid. Sure its harder to level F2P, but so what? If you want a hug for that, go to a sex offenders convention.

that's still grinding, a free player can also use the cooking range and bank in lumbridge. it's a bit more walking, but since it's a cooking range, you'll burn considerably less than in the den

Neither. F2p, if you want to level faster, pay for P2p. This may sound harsh, but bear with it. Having you gain levels faster will out piss off certain P2pers. P2p, you really don't need to level faster, you have tons of good, fast training places allready. Deal with it.

This has nothing to do with people wanting to level faster, it is merely a debate on who deserves more credit for reaching a certain level. My answer was also neither, but the way I understood it you post did not follow the question.

F2P players obviously deserve more credit in leveling up because less skills to train, less money making ways, less items, more xp needed, see look, this is an example of something that can easily happen:

_____ is Pure F2P and has 1000 total at 83 combat. Next day, ______ gets P2P and his/her total shoots up to around 1200 easy but doesn't even gain 1M more total xp.

So clearly, P2P is much easier.

Why? Will I see you there?

If you have nothing constructive to add to a discussion I'd appreciate it if you were to stay out of it.

Arguments spark interest, and if you don't want to join in then please don't post.

And yes, a hug would be nice.. <3:

In members, if you have 1,400 total, you can have about 20 million experience. In F2P, with the same total level, you will have over 200 million experience.

Here's one for you: Should you get more credit for leveling in F2P or in P2P?

We keep hearing how easier it is to level in P2P, but F2P has fewer levels to train.

So which do you believe it is?

COME ON! EVERYONE KNOWS THAT F2P DEFINITELY DESERVES SOME CREDIT!

Just try to level Runecrafting or Prayer. You'll get the message. Your back will ache, your eyes begin to water with the strenuous effort of hours, while your fingers will scream for some relief.

And to all members who are reading this: You can try doing that, but don't go coming after me for coming down with strain-related ailments.

F2P is quite hard to level in means of combat, and nearly all skills.

I'm going to shift to F2P for this, since P2P players have access to the easiest ways to level, which makes F2P more whole-hearted, therefore, more effort put in.

F2P-

they do not have nearly as many ways to gain lvls

they don't get skillcapes-which they should

they get treated poorly by P2P

What more can I say?

I fail to see the effect of the second and third on this debate. How does not having skill capes make us deserve more credit? Same goes with how some P2P treat us.

P2P, much more hard things to do, Slayer, farming, thieving, agility, herblore, all of them.

aint much debate in this. as nearly every one says f2p :)

i also ay f2p with there poor training methods :?

While you are right that there's more skills to level, I believe we were talking about individual skills.

100% f2p 8-)

A level is a level no matter what.

harder for f2p to level becuase of less ways/places to

so more credit to f2p

But credit must go to p2pers still but not as much

i am p2p

Goals achieved: lvl 99 Cooking, Fishing and Fletching.

Surrey CC and Liverpool FC fan for life!

Let's take a look at the current score that I (yes i did) took time to tally up!

F2P Deserves More Credit: 24 said yes!

P2P Deserves More Cedit: 6 said yes!

I agree, F2P totally takes more time and effort so it's way harder.

Yeah people want to say things like fishing, firemaking, or wcing is all the same?? F2P has way less banks, fishing spots, trees, ect...

so f2p again, hands down

F2p, obviously because it takes a lot more determination to max any single skill.

f2p is harder

they have so little quests that will give exp and much more people training in one place

filewf5.gif

rarely ever check forums.

I'd say f2p, (I have been f2p for life... 45 rc and 52 pray since I hate those 2 skills *in f2p of course*) because we don't get as many options to train on. And also it would be fun to have skill capes for f2p.
