One time I was at a friends house, we were playing handball in his driveway. Then this guy turns up in an old sports car, rolls down his window and tells us to get in the car. We then ran inside and told my friends dad about the guy, and he didn't believe us at first, but we managed to convince him. By the time we got back outside, he was gone.

Probably when I nearly suffocated myself as an 8 year old or whenever it was. Moral of that story, don't eat marbles. Bit of interesting information, suffocating doesn't really seem all that painful, I had the marble in my throat for over a minute, and I didn't feel any pain. Don't get any ideas though, I wouldn't recommend it :/

It was Sunday and I was laying in bed looking out my window. My cat jumps in it. Yay kitty...so I giver her a few pets, a few seconds later a big fat yellow cat from outside leaps and HANGS onto my window and screams like a demon on fire, worst noise I've ever heard of my life. I closed all my windows for about a month after that.

It scared me so bad I think I lost 5 years off my life. :?

holy moley! it was something like AAAAAAAARRRRGGHHH!!!!!!? M scariest dream ever was:i turned into sleep then my window was gone i looked trough my window then an atombomb goes off! only at first saw the explosion then i heard it! KABOOOEEEEEMMM after that the whole town was gone exept for my house and the churgh also was our caravan`s roof into my bed room then, i was fully waked up after that.

I did the same thing at 8
Your name is "bet you fail", and you're starting a business with your mom? I'm not even going to touch that.....

A few years ago when my brother was driving me into town, some jack [wagon] cut us off. We were in a little 4-door suzuki sidekick, anyways my brother turned so hard so fast the poor truck tried veary hard to roll over.

My brotehr was pissed though, if it hadent been a fairly busy place with traffic I think he would have goten out and shared some of his thoughts about crapy drivers.

And I have to admit, doing 140 km/h, in an 80 zone in a 350z (nissan; sweet [wagon] car) is both incredibly fun (accelerating realy fast is always fun), and makes me a little uneasy, though I am sure that car could have surrvived a crash. Still beats his fried who did 150 kph in a suburban area, in a denali.

2 weeks ago my friend reversed into a pile of bricks at 30mph outside a friend's house when we was in the car. Bloody pillock.

I LOVE this thread!

My scariest one was where I was preparing to go a concert, was filling up my bottle of water and I turned round and my sister was holding a knife up the air like she about to stab me.

when i was 5 i ran out ahead of my parents and out of a store we were at (time was like 8 pm) and some guys tried to mug me...

I was *5*

i have this dream all the time: i'm walking, running, jogging, whatever, then i just sorta fall, and have a sensation that i'm about to fall flat on my face, wake feeling like i fell on my bed. scares the hell out of me :uhh:
Yeah I have that but its normally when I am dreaming I go up steps then I take a step and fall into nowhere then I wake up.

My scariest was probably when I was 5 when I lived in singapore, my friends and as I was walking home I slipped and smashed my head on some concrete. Blood was everwhere, all over my face, hands and clothes... I remember running home dripping a trail of blood behind me.

I was riding with some friends in my big old '71 Chevy Impala and two guys in a junky Grand Prix pulled out in front of us and cut us off. Two trucks pulled up behind us and blocked us off from behind. One of the dudes in the car had a knife.

My brother had a Louisville Slugger baseball bat in the back seat, we had picked him up from playing a game with some of his friends. He handed it to me and I got out of the car and asked the dude in the Grand Prix if he'd like for me to smash the hell out of his car. While I was saying this my three friends began to get out of our own vehicle.

Yeah...the little [puncture] gave us the finger and drove away. His friends in the trucks lost their heart and left too. We could have easily gotten the living crap kicked out of us, but I've got to admit we were pretty intimidating. Even though we were just a carful of 16 year olds haha...

I really wouldn't call it an era. It was more of a definitive time period during which dinstinctive characteristics were expressed in similar ways.

The following happened to one of my teachers, it may not seem scary but it was near death for him.

He was late for getting to a military base (he was in the air force or navy-i forget which) and got in a peugot with some freinds and a driver to drive him where he needed to go. It was foggy and the driver was flying down the road in (or around) Egypt, his freinds in the car (and maybe the driver) saw a red flag waving around, then a man behind it, then bam! The man went flying and, no joke, he probably died. :( Anyways, they walked somewhere to a base or were escorted there and as soon as they came up there were guys pointing rifles at them. They put there hands up and tried to explain, it was no use, the language barrier was definitely a problem. So they (or maybe just my teacher, not his freinds) were or was walked to a building and in a room where a guy was asking him to eat snacks and talk about America. He had to smoke cleopatra cigarrettes (cigs laced with opium) and eat strange cakes while talking about America (probably baseball and things like that).

So yeah, not much but still a near death experience.

My Music Is My Life

I love all of you

Hurt by the cold

So hard and lonely too

When you don't know yourself

this happens to me all the time: I am going to sleep, just lying in my bed waiting for sleep to take over--and it starts to. Then no matter what I am beginning to dream about (so long as I am walking or running) I trip in my dream and practically spaz out in my bed! lol! Seriously, my whole body shakes like a dog who's having a bad dream!

Heh, I love this thread. It shows me how incredibly boring my life is.

Yeah, I love the Nissan 350z and if I would have realised they aren't badly priced I would have looked at them before I got my '08 Eclipse. And yeah, speeding like that is fun. When I had my '00 Firebird I managed to get around 120 km/h on a short residential street before I had to slow down so I didn't screw up my car on a huge bump.

Whenever I ride with certain friends of mine who drive, I fear for my life the entire time. :?

Reminds me of riding in the car with my uncle. He always drives about 80 MPH.

My scariest moment is when we got in a car accident in downtown Washington D.C. It was like in an Allstate commercial:

We didn't see the red light, so we kept going. I'm in the back seat on the passenger side. This car comes at us straight towards me, and luckily at the last second the car swerves and hits the front passenger side tire. Broke my grandma's collar bone. They ambulance said that if the guy hadn't swerved, i could've died. :ohnoes:

I was watching TV..

All of sudden, the tv went weird and Saw came up with it's head going left and right. It scared the crap out of me and I tried to change the channel but It wouldn't O_o

True story :D

Btw, if you don't know who is Saw or what he looks like, then

google him <.<

This isn't me .. but my cousin (whos around my age) told me how he was once robbed at gunpoint. The guy said to him, after my cousin gave him 10$ (all he had) "run up to that stop sign in 5 seconds or i'll shoot you right now" He kinda just moved quickly to the sign and the dude left. Granted he lived in like one of the worst areas of our city, that would be sooo scary. I used to walk around in that neighborhood too when I was younger...

Double posting? apparantly so. Anyways, i have dreams like that ll the time, only there is no dream and I just feel like I'm falling. weird.

Anyways, my scariest story is when I had moved. We were looking at the house, and just as we were about to get in the car and leave, the owner holds us up for a minute and asks if we want to come by for pizza the next day. So we were driving back, when suddenly this van barrels seemingly out of nowhere and crashes right into the car 2 cars ahead of us, cars really badly crushed, probably at leats 1 fatality. Had the opwners of the house not held us up about the pizza, that would have been us :uhh: :ohnoes:

ha, my thoughts exactly. But these stories are fun to read.

I had this dream that I skipped school and went to a park "Fremont Park in Elizabeth South Australia. Anyway I fell asleep and woke up at around 9:00pm. It was dark, I went to the toilet, and this guy that was physically [developmentally delayed]ed by the looks, (his face looked a bit like someone in the 'The Hills Have Eyes' 2 movie. Anyway, he was following me and I tried not to look back, but he still was, so I tried running to the closest house to here (That I knew of) Being my Grandmas. (Still around a 20 minute run away) so I started running after I turned around, and he caught up, tackled me, then tied me in ropes, seeing as he was 'physically deformed' (?) I thought he wouldn't be so smart, but out of nowhere I somehow (Unbeknowest to me) got out of the knot, and I ran to the closest house, hid there and then ran. I woke up then...

God! I have no scary real life stories, except... All the times where you see a shady looking person 'following' you, so you walk faster, then see them walk in a different direction. God, it's not good living in a shady suburb

I dont need a siggy no moar.
