Starting A level three for skilling?

Featured Replies

I don't like having pkers, but its always nice to have a level 3 skiller. Brings back memories when f2p was enjoyable, levels being low, new challenges. I only ever play on my skiller if i have nothing better to do.

Why would you disable a few parts of your account for more fun?

I mean, soccer isn't more fun when you cut off your legs.

My point exactly, why hurt yourself by not being able to tele, do quests, etc.

A matter of personal preference. :-w

Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.

I tried it once...gave up very quickly.

I think however, there is a difference with a secondary account, in that you sometimes try to beat certain things that your main got an higher level, and so you try to do it at a lower level. or get that one item on your second account, that took you forever to get on your main.

Besides that, I have a pure def account...now that I think of it, i spent too much time just getting its def to 35 -.-...but even if that xp had went to my main...wouldn't have brought me up even 1/100 of a lvl XD

If you already have a developed account, I seen no reason to create another account specifically for non-combat skills. I would rather have that experience on a main account instead of one that might eventually be thrown away.

I have no problem with low level skillers, but if that isn't your main account, I see little reason for creating one.

IMO, pointless unless you have 99 in at least one stat. And even then, you'd want to be number one. I did make one though. On my main I had ~85 wc, made a skill pure, and got it up to 76 wc. Now think, I could probably be at least 86 or 87 wc on my main with that 76 wc xp.

Player generally make a skiller after already playing another account yes? Perhaps they grow tired of certain aspects of the game and simply want to do skills on a level 3 while talking to friends etc, it may be refreshing, a new start.

Skiller: Yes I r ownage 1337ness

Noob: Omg your the best ever!

Thats basically why

+1

::'

Yeah.. but I love slayer and combat... and I think a slayer cape is ownage. So it's whatever floats your boat. I personally think lvl 3 skillers are a waste of time because combat skills are still skills. May aswell just train em all up!

I have never had a skiller myself, and I don't regret it. But I can understand why people creates a skiller. The reason is that high, non-combat skills looks so much better on a lvl 3 than on a high level combat account.

But I will keep training my only account Swedishboy7. Why? Because I want to (And because I'm to lazy to create another account and play on it, but don't tell anyone :-$ )

Add me if you so wish: SwreeTak

Does this explain all the level three's I've seen trying to cut down yews that I (a level twenty-three...or so, I think. XD) can't even cut down?

The whole thing's stupid, quite frankly. XD I mean, I do have a level I'm highest in (attack), but it's not like I use only one skill.

...hopefully I understood all of this. XD

I have a level 3 skiller myself. Why? Because I hate combat, and I love skilling. I'm trying to get my main account to 1600 total before 80 combat, becuase I hate combat, and I love skilling.

I will move up to sub90 combat after 1600 total just for Dream Mentor. But the skiller is for the challenge.

I shall take my flock underneath my own wing, and kick them right the [bleep] out of the tree. If they were meant to fly, they won't break their necks on the concrete.

I just train my main.. I think PKers/Skillers are a waste of time

Skillers are a waste, but PK'ers are completely different. If you make a pure pker, and you have decent skills, then you can actually turn quite a profit, and have loads of fun.

Pking at say 80 combat on a pure is loads more fun than fighting maxed melee guys at 122

Skilling on a 3 is more fun as well. Why? Simple, when some people buy/play a game, they want a challenge. And thats what level 3 skillers are. I do agree, some people do it just to show off, but most of the dedicated level3 Skillers really just like the challenge and hate combat.

Most lvl 3 skillers I see only have 99 cook/fletch (oh my, so hard).

I know some skillers actually have decent stats, but still, most of them have nothing but buyable stats on their "skillers". That increases the challenge by nothing, except you cant use combat to make your money.

There is such a low challenge in that, I dont see why people do it.

I'll agree with you there. I also noticed after those two they usually start combat. LOL.

On my skiller, I raise all of my stats evenly, except RC and Craft, which I don't have the money for on there yet. But it isn't really a priority. Its just there for if anything happens to Goat.

to be more unique.

I've done it twice, and I regret it. :wall:

Unique? Nope. There are like like 50k skillers out there now. I don't see the point of deliberately restarting just to look "cool". Its stupid.

Again, some DO infact like the challenge, its also why some stay F2p when they don't have to.

I like having a skiller. Gives you a challenge of dealing with walking around, not being able to attack monsters, and keeping yourself alive.

Also, I dislike combat period.

I can understand pures (in some cases). But skillers are just a waste of time really.

Disconformity.png

I love my one and only account. never gonna make a new one.

Skillers are pointless

Be combat based and a skiller! All on 1 account!

I have a problem even skilling on my main. I don't know how I would be able to sit on an account that's main focus is skilling. Skillers, in my opinion, are pointless. But I guess if you are dedicated to skilling and skilling only, is a decent idea.

Does it really matter to you how other people live their life? It's their life, let them do as they please without judgement. -.-
