Semi-related:

A friend and I were testing methods at hardmode Bandos and managed to duo 30 kills and only stopped when he had to leave for IRL reasons. It's the same method my brother and I use to guarantee no-food kills at Saradomin. Also discovered what to do to not get hit by his "Smash" attack. You don't even see the rocks or have to run.

 

IDK if 30 is good compared to what you can wrack up (hardmode Bandos isn't an average topic), but that was without a shield (which would help). So long as you're not in LS, I could get you that stone. ;).

I don't think gwd 'do anything' (ie stun, hit, drain stats etc) if you walk them, but you also can't attack while walking.  so it has to be a duo.

Bandos will stun you if you walk beneath him. He also switches targets too often for that to be very effective, if you were to try and bypass that with anticipation and freedom.

 

In a trio, we weren't using food at all (well, some of us ;)).
