January 15, 200719 yr this is completely faulty. Your total lvl consists of both combat and non combat stats, but you're dividing it by the number of non combat stats. also, magic, hp, ranged, and prayer are also combat stats. Lastfm

I think you're referring to how it says to divide by 20 in the first post? This thread is about 2 years old.. Before three of the most recent skills were released. So now, you would divide by 23. If the original author wishes to update the first post, s/he may :P 1889 / 23 = 82.13.
