It HAS BEEN SAID in a previous article that the lowest summon will be some type of dog, a cow cant be stronger than a dog.

 

 

 

Cow= 1500-3000 pounds.

 

 

 

Dog= 10-200 pounds.

My first hunch when I saw the picture was that it was an animal. But looking at it more closely, it could also be an island.

They mentioned in the development diary that it would be player vs. player. I definitely remember them saying something about "No summoning duels". Therefore, player vs. player summoning. :mrgreen:

 

Its for dueling. They said that they will include the "No Summoning" option in duels. Also duels is a duel, Duel Arena. if it was pking, they would had said "No Summoning fights".

 

 

 

Some of the things it has led to include are 'No Summoning' duels, a Protect from Summoning prayer and the relative cost of the skill.

 

 

 

 

Then tell me why they would implement a "Protect from Summoning prayer"? To only use in duels?

 

 

 

I doubt it.

 

Not only in duels but in BH, and many other minigames such as:

 

 

 

Fight pits

 

Castle Wars

 

Clan Wars

 

 

 

and every minigame that involves a player fighting.

 

 

 

Summoning in C wars and clan wars would be AMAZING. I really hope they let us do it...but why wouldn't they?

Well this could be possible but the chances of it are almost none. If Jagex is going to allow summons to be involved in PvP, they will do it in BH. Creating a whole island just so players can fight ea other with their summons? uh.. no.. can't be.

 

 

 

IMO.this may be the truth.......considering summoning is P2P only,Jagex may want to create a new place for members to fight against each other with the new skill.And what better is a place than a deserted island? :mrgreen:

Well you can see snowy region, which means snow monsters. Desert is there too, meaning desert monsters. There's a darker region that might be volcane or forest, and there's the building in NW that might be quest start.

A cow with the smallest head ever.. yea right -_- a cow is white.. as you can see the image was blurred by Jagex.. so obviously not a cow..

Im talking about rs cows. White with brownish spots. Plus the is brown with some blackish spot. The only white spot is the little thing "off the island".

EDIT; if its the kudos isle, you could possibly unearth summoning there, also it would cut out lower lvls having summons due to requirements to even get to go there.

The cow thing was a joke. At first glance, a very quick one, it does resemble a cow. other then that, it seems a lot of people were4 influenced by my "joke" thing and thought it was a cow.

 

 

 

PvP summons? eh.. why not? what else would the summoning island be for? maybe for capturing monsters and training the skill, but who said it couldnt be pitting your summons against eachother?

Well they also said they will ( or atleast would when it was stil a other name) release non-combat beast and beasts of burden. and now you tel me this: how can a dog possibly carry more stuf than a cow.
