My mate always calls it the record player, and for some reason he likes to use it for long distant shots where a sniper would be more appropriate.. he's amazingly good at it as well :lol:

I like to use that gun too, it's surprisingly accurate. I use it frequently on Cliffside.

My friend said that Vendetta was really hard on Veteran and I did it 5th go. :lol:

CoD was my first shooting game for the 360 and I wasn't familiar with the controls or the maps lol. Also my brother and I share my gamertag and he isn't the best at CoD lol. But I am getting very good at it now! When the new maps come out its gonna be like a .40 because I won't know any of those either lol

Depends. I go onto the rooves that actually ALLOW you on it. It's not a glitch in any way imo. Because, unlike the one at the northern part of the map, you can actually sit or lie on this one. I guess we need Treyarch to tell us which ones are allowed and which ones arent. Simply 'cause some seem god-damn genuine.

 

But my awesome sniping skills are still epic win.

Just because you have a pretty bad KDR, it might be because of the maps, teams etc. Shooters that require teams in games are hard to actually tell if it's someones fault if they suck or not. Your team might be stupid, stay at one end while you go and do all the killing, and get killed 2x for it.

If you're good you can pull positive scores even on terrible maps.

1st Paragraph: I agree with this. If you can walk on the actual roof, and be shot from any point surrounding that roof, them yes, I'm fine with it. Now if you walk through the roof(East building) then no, that isn't just sniping. I'm sorry for assuming you used the glitched one. I do know of 4 legit roofs at Makin, and I feel like I'm missing some.(BTW, I don't consider Satchel/Rocket jumping legit. What I consider a real sniper spot is what anyone with any class can get on that gives you no super unfair advantage, besides being in the awesome spot of course.

 

 

 

2nd Paragraph: Maybe I was a tad harsh, but if I get a .58, I'm shutting off the game before I break something. But I'm sure the guy hasn't been playing for long and can raise it pretty quickly once he gets the hang of it. The guy seems to be having fun and thats really all that matters.

I downloaded the new maps earlier, going to give Zombies a hit later this evening. :)

Ha, was always easy to get a couple of free kills at the beginning of an upheaval or cliffside match with those. Doesn't really affect me much though, as I rarely use them to begin with.

I've had some one sided games today. I entered one game with 4 minutes left where the other team just constantly sent dogs after us. Once one ended, someone else started them. And I still managed a positive kdr.

 

 

 

Oh! I had a strange glitch on a game last night. I was the host of a match, and at the last second this group of 3 players joins, and when we start the game, I'm on this team with 1 other guy, against 5 players. Since the Wii is only 4v4, this was a pretty big glitch. Though the team size didn't matter, my partner and I destroyed them. Just I hope this doesn't happen again.

If you started my K/D over again and I could play from there, I would be somewhere in the 1.0 - .90 range. I just have so many deaths from me sucking 3 months back, that it is increadibly hard to bring the kills near the deaths. Although my K/D isn't high, it doesn't mean I'm not good.

Grats on winning then, KC. I cant win any game that we have less than 2 people than the opponents.

 

And god I hate entering games with dogs.

 

I also hate joining a game and leaving before you even go into it, and it counts as a loss.

Don't worry, KDR isn't anything really. As long as you have a fun time playing the game, that is all that matters. My KDR sucked for a while before I got used to the control scheme. But now that I am used to it I can continue to raise it. Just keep at it, and you'll do fine.

@ ray: Yeah, I have like almost 7,000 kills and like 10,000 (almost 11k ithink) deaths. So It will be a while before I can get a 1.0
