Worst Slayer Tasks

55 durandal tasks in a row. 0 tasks skipped/blacklisted. And i will most likely never skip/cancel any task.

 

 

 

I LOVE METAL DRAGONS, lol. maybe thats cuz i get so lucky with the drops but who knows :P (1 visage, 7 d legs, 4 skirts)

 

 

 

aberrant specs are also pretty nice since the drops are just awesome, average profit from 1 task(1trip also with p pots) is around 250k-350k

 

 

 

i also like hellhounds, my best is 7 clues from 140 hellhounds. aka i love clues.

 

 

 

stuff i hate= bloodvelds(boring, drops are ok tho + good exp), black demons(mostly crappy drops, pretty good exp tho), fire giants(ive killed too many of these.. did my 50--> 78 range here :P), kalphites(THESE JUST SUCK HARDCORE, CRAPPY DROPS, BORING, POISONOUS unless workers=bad exp)

For me, this is solely a result of my lowish combat level, Dragons.

 

 

 

Just about any of 'em.

 

 

 

I'm only level 87, so about 50 bronze dragons is really time-consuming... (I have yet to kill 4 before running out of food)

 

Same for like 100 blue dragons. (About 10 of them before I retreat)

 

Unless I kill the baby blues, which is just lame.

You must be doing something wrong against bronze dragons then. :P Using antifires? Maybe use prayer if you can't tank them.

 

 

 

I only have steel dragons blocked so they're the worst task for me.

Yeah even with the Chaos Tunnels they are still a crappy task. Slow xp and no drops. They are pretty common for me as well.

actually i find the exp from them to bit hardly, if at all, slower than other tasks, because they have such a low defence.

I'm only a bit of a slayer but I really hate Kalphites, I tend to skip them.

 

 

 

I got a blue dragon task too and since I'm quite low levelled I was tempted to skip it but, I realised that baby blue dragons count. They're pretty quick to kill too so if you ever get blue dragons you can kill them and not have to waste points skipping :thumbup:

The ogre enclave is my best friend, it has tons of blue dragons with ranging spots, easy access to a bank via dueling ring. Also there, in the cage, are greater demons. While it takes a tele grab to get drops, the fact that the spot is almost always empty, and there are no bloody annoying dogs, I love the spot. Easy task as well. Most tasks can be made better by ranging, including blk demons and dragons. I even range iron dragons, though steels are a bit much. Have not had a steel dragon task yet, though. \

 

 

 

The only task I have blocked (and only one open spot anyways, lol, low qp) is trolls. I really dont know a good place to kill them, and I am too lazy to find out. :lol:

I am not a big fan of steel dragons. In fact, I had been on a slaying kick until I got assigned them. I am so close to 72 slayer and to the slayer helm that I should just close my eyes and start swinging, but they are so slow.

 

 

 

On another note, I love aberrant spectres. Lots of charms and easy to kill.

Try the ones north of jatizo.

 

All you need to do is hit the males/runts once,then let the guards do the rest.You'll have to kill the females when they attack you though,or else the constant 1-2s they hit will annoy you to no end.

 

 

 

My only hated tasks are ones that have poor drops like lesser/greater demons(Because I use magic for a lot of tasks) or anything that gets assigned WAY too often. (Harpie bugs from my former master vannaka)

 

Has anyone tried maging dragons? (especially blues) I usually out kill rangers in the ogre onclave using fire bolt +chaos guantlets,the spell is incredibility accurate.

Waterfiends - Difficult with my stats, and I have no need for charms. [blocked]

 

Suqahs - All around a waste of time. Low experience, and hit me annoyingly often. [blocked]

 

Kalphites - I don't block these, but they're very boring just the same.

 

Hellhounds - Also don't block these, but very boring.

 

 

 

I think I might have Black Demons blocked, and another slot open. If I ever slay again I'll likely unblock Black Demons. I haven't slayed for exactly 12 months, so it's not really a concern of mine. :lol:

Wyverns -- A real pain to kill.

Kurasks, They are stupid. I get bored of them too quickly, they require too much of my attention span. Did I mention they are stupid. Also their only decent drop is a banana!

but for everyone who hates Scabarites, im not sure where you do them, but i come out here... there's 4 of them 2 rangers and 2 melees you can bring a invent of food and a bunyip and do them in no time, it is multi but put some amour on and your fine.

I've got wyverns, steels, scarabs and kalphites blocked.

 

 

 

Wyverns are just annoying with a bunyip, all the banking. Steels are slow, just can't be bothered with them, kalphites...I don't like to cannon so meh, and scarabs I just blocked cause I cbb to find out how to do them.

Well the person above me blocked waterfiends, and if I could have any task from now until 99 slayer they would be high on the list. I guess without bunyip they're difficult however with 100+ combat you should have enough charms to get 68.

 

 

 

By blocking warped terrorbirds shows you don't know how to kill them really because they're a great task (with or without cannon).

 

 

 

I don't know how some people don't have steel dragons blocked. :P

Almost all tasks given by turael or his replacement used to be my worst task before smoking kills was released. Now, kalphites during peak hours because I have to steal someone's spot with my cannon.
