I made a joke in bad taste and it was categorized as harassment. Harassment is grounds for instant termination (granted there are witnesses [which there were]) in the majority of stores. I've already accepted it. Now I just have to head back in tomorrow morning, grab my final pay, and sign a few papers. Well, that and finish up my last project which my GM has allowed me to do even though I'm terminated, but only because it's so close to being done.

Don't ask me. They seem to do it a lot now. And they are doing it in my room because that's where we were hanging out before it started. I guess they figured why move to a different room when they could do it right here. Doesn't help that my roommate is joining in.

Today my sister has non-stop abused me, then this arvo I came into the street @ 20km/h, the speed limit is 40km/h anyway, she starts yelling at me saying "you're coming in too fast, you'll kill someone!" etc.

 

SHE WAS GOING 35KM/H OVER THE LIMIT WITH A 8 MONTH OLD IN THE BACK. She got pulled over and the [bleep]nig copper gave her pity for being a mum. She keeps yelling at me all night, then comes into my room a moment ago, yells for having the fan on (ITS [bleep]ING HOT! SHE HAS AN A/C IN HER ROOM!) as it vibrates thru the house. After some bickering she starts with the personal attacks like "you're pathetic for living on a computer" "women hate you because you're a [bleep]ing loser" "mum and dad dont even want you living here" and the one line she [bleep]ing shouldn't cross: "go cry to your little reachout and [bleep] about your depression and cut yourself"

 

I dont care about the law at this point, I hate violence but If she uses that on me one more time I will slap her clean across the face. It might be a shameful thing to do, but I have had to listen to her walk over me for 6 [bleep]ing years AND I HAVE HAD IT.

Do the smart thing - report it to the authorities. Domestic violence, and what's essentially bullying is against the law the last time I've checked.

I feel like crap. On my last performance ever we got [bleep]ing 41st out of 58. We've never placed that badly before and that was my last performance... Not making finals was one thing but finding out we weren't even close was heartbreaking...

I'm not sure about the full story of your circumstances but how is your relationship with your mum and dad? If it is civil why not talk to them about her behaviour as it is a mother's and father's responsibility to talk to you about those things, not hers. She is over stepping her boundaries as a sister. She can give you advice but if she has a bone to pick with you, she should be going through her parents and then them talking to you and sorting it out. Use them as the middle man, that's what they're there for. In the meantime, give her the finger, smile and show her the door. Don't show that she is getting to you. Then she has no choice but to go to mum and dad :thumbup:

Goddess has the right of it. I had enough friends who couldn't stand their siblings, and from years of observation, yelling and physical violence don't seem to solve anything. The difference between them back then, and you right now Tim is that if you hit her, she has grounds to press criminal charges, and its not worth going down that road.

 

We had our first snowfall here yesterday. It didn't stick, but I'm not overly happy about it. Normally it waits till after Remembrance day (the 11th). On the other hand, maybe early snowfall means a white Christmas this year. Been a while since we got one of those I think.

 

And its getting cold outside now, and a lot worse at night. Doesn't really make you want to go out and do anything.

 

I am also reminded off the asshat who pulled my handbreak while I was driving. I've never been that pissed off before, and I doubt I ever will be again. I stranded his ass.
