December 20, 201015 yr Moved my stuff out of my old flat and into my new one. Now I've gone to stay with some family for Christmas. I went from having two nut bars for tea one night (in my flat) to have having steak, potatoes and salad for tea the next night. I love how my family takes pity on me, the "poor student" :thumbsup:

December 21, 201015 yr I don't remember much from last night other than a drunken argument with a bartender who wanted me out of his bar and me grabbing a handful of toothpicks to spite him. I wouldn't believe my story either but there's a pile of restaurant toothpicks on my dresser right here. My mouth also went places I'm pretty sure I'd immediately regret if I saw the face of where it had been now that I'm sober. Today I was awoken by a text from the same person when I realized I was meeting my professor that morning to go through the plan for my research project. I had slept maybe 4 hours, took a nap on the train there, and acted perfectly sober for a solid hour as he explained complicated ass [cabbage] to me. I am so freaking impressed with myself that I gave myself a high-five on my way back home. :thumbsup:

Plus it looks cool.
December 21, 201015 yr During the eclipse, I was probably awake, as I haven't been able to sleep because I am all stuffed up. But it was cloudy anyway. And it's still not snowing. I really should do something useful today, but I haven't. I watched Ponyo, it was entertaining, although I like Kiki's Delivery Service more. Might wrap some presents if we get proper boxes for them.
