May 18, 201115 yr Full drumset. I'm helping my drum teacher out by coming in once a week and teaching some of his students for him (he has like 40 of them). One kid's pretty remarkable; he's paralyzed waist-down, so he hits the bass drum with his drumstick rather than using a foot pedal. He's pretty good at it, too. Does he not use the hi-hat pedal, or does he have a method of doing so?
May 18, 201115 yr Well, yesterday I got a $7500 per year scholarship for a rather good University literally out of nowhere. And today I learned that back in October I probably got my girlfriend pregnant, and she had a miscarriage a month later (she didn't consider it at the time, but looking back, the fact that she missed a period one month, then had an insanely painful and heavy period the month following that seems to point in that direction). The weird part is that it hasn't really uspet either of us, and that we're actually a bit closer now. The only difference between Hitler and the man next door who comes home and beats his kids every day is circumstance.
