My suggestion only updates the animation, and comes with an alarm. The only thing the new HP bar (especially the Anti-Red-Bar system) could do, is help. Perhaps put that into your suggestion? ;) Uhm don't we have this hitpoint icon already? Anyway if you could select to have it near the minimap, above your hitpoint bar or maybe both, at options that'd be good. But do not make this visible to other players, I wouldn't like to see all this spam of numbers. And it would make pvp easier, now they don't know how much hitpoints I've or have left. The HP bar is the only thing that hasn't changed at all over the years, so it needs to work on. :P Some suggestions of mine are instead of having the bar turn green and red if under 20% HP, it should flash bright green and normal green so you can still see how much HP you have left. Also, you shouldn't have to click the HP bar but rather click the big HP icon above the run option next to the minimap and log out button.
