On the way back from the prep table where we pick up our ingredients, i dropped the chicken on the lab partner's shoe (of course these were his 3 year old shoes he used to play basketball/run in). we picked it up, put it back on the prep table, took another piece, and went back to work. The group who took our chicken we dropped was cooking it for the math teacher no one liked. Our group laughed. a lot. *im going to homecoming with my friends on-again off-again girlfriend. She is also one of my best friends. I didnt really ask him for permission. I dont really know how this is going to end up... *working in a restaurant gives you plenty of secrets. Lets see... where to start? you know that chicken you ate tonight? it was probably prepared by a 16 year old busser that had some spare time, so the manager told you that you would be prepping tonight, even though you dont have your handling license. Your manager also tells you to get behind the bar and help get the bartenders caught up on drinks and cleaning dirty glasses(min. age is 18 to be BEHIND the bar, 21 to serve the alcohol). Your managers also ask you to run food from the line to the table, which also requires a food handling license. just a few that i thought of today. urbestfreind Posted October 12, 2008 Share Posted October 12, 2008 -I was a bit disappointed that someone I hate wasn't seriously injured in a car crash a few days ago. -I burn things, a lot, including stuff that may not have been mine. -I have stolen something in the past 3 months, despite having swore I didn't. -I visit 4chan regularly...That may be a confession for some people. -I yell at my parents for using racial slurs, when I've probably used twice as many at school that same day. -I hate most French people. ---I also claim my left hand is useless because that's where the French part of my heritage lies, destroying the usefulness of said hand. -I can come up with the goriest of stories, but seeing someone break their arm or leg causes me to usually look away...I'm still not sure why if I come up with it its fine, but otherwise it's not. -Something has been burning in my room within the past 3 days, despite my claims of not burning anything in the house. -The reason I first started learning Java and C++ was to learn how viruses worked, and how to make them. I've since moved on to game programming and other, less illegal, programs (I actually want to work in the security field later in life..or right now, I want to, that perspective may change). -I should never have been released from Anger Management. --Similar with Psychology, but that was a money issue. -Unlike those who say they might snap and kill someone, I have snapped and was within a foot of killing someone, and I didn't/don't regret doing it. --I've also thought about what I may have done differently. Also have considered, and mentally walked through, different scenarios for different people, most recently about a week and a half ago. Control. It's really late, and I'm not sure I can explain it very well even if it weren't, but basically since you control a gory story, you're alright with it; you can banish it if you want. I ignore any emotion and feel nothing when someone dies, nor do I even try to care, becuase the way i see it, that stuff always happens and is boring. I constantly wonder how much better things would be if i didnt exist, no school for me, no annoying parents etc... Just a few of my secrets. I hope nobody from my school see's this either, because i tend to pretend to be the sort of happpy cheereful guy just so nobody annoys me about my lack of emotion or care. I love this sig.
