Yep, especially given the fact that 5% of 1m = 20k , and that 1% of 100m well, duh, 1m. Cant compare percentages on items of completly different price ranges.

But of course that's only a possibility. Not all the hats are on the rise so they may just be another bump on the G.E.'s graphs

They are being sold and bought in world 2 apparently though O.o Started free trade with 1.5m cash. 2 weeks later, have hit max cash 2x. PvP drops: 359 Brawling Gloves, 11 Vesta's Longswords, 41+ Zaros/Ancient Statues9 Dragon Full Helms, 3 Dragonfire Shields on the old PvP loot system Brawler guide is being finished!

Yes, but if you're going to invest 100 mill in something why not put it in things that can get 5% so that you get 5 mill instead of the 1 mill you get from the 1% item? When dealing with percentages, the total cash invested doesn't matter unless you want to calculate your cash returns. Anyway, Yellow and purple are the only two going to rise. Other phats don't just change because some people are buying them two. Merchanting channels buy out the two colours creating the rise and fall soon after. It's not just a natural rise like purple started, then yellow next Green. It doesn't work like that. Last time they rose that is exactly what happened. But yeah, purple and yellow phats are the most traded so they drop the fastest (% wise). As a result they will occasionally rise a bit to keep pace with the others. I don't think this is the start of a price rise though - indeed I think it is just about over already - there were lots of people trying to sell yellows on forums earlier. I hope that's the case anyway - I sold mine yesterday.

Yep, especially given the fact that 5% of 100 items at 1mil each is well, duh, 5m. You make it sound like running through a few level 87 monsters is hard which it really shouldn't be at your level.
