Things that annoy the hell out of you

Featured Replies

With a worldview like that it's no wonder you're a reclusive loser.

Strangely enough, I've usually enjoyed your posts on these forums, but you've been on a slippery slope lately Rob.

That's not even remotely funny or insulting, and trying to diss other people for the sake of other people's amusement

isn't that great either. I know you agree with most of those points.

I'm not trying to be funny, nor am I trying to diss you for epoints. I'm trying to tell you that if you get annoyed that easily, if you just can't deal with people, you're going to have problems in life.

That's true and I actually partly agree with you, but it's not like he snaps at people who do this stuff, he's just saying it annoys him.

Obviously I don't snap at people, it just crosses my mind as annoying. I have not trouble dealing with people, I don't have any enemies and try to see the best in everyone. However outright calling me a reclusive looser was uncalled for? All of your latest post have been about bashing one or another person so I'm not just saying it now.

And do you mean to tell me you don't find it annoying when those things happen? If you're perfectly fine with those things, you might have problems later on.

I'm guessing if reb hadn't said anything to you, you would have no problems with his posts. And after reading your list, I could kind of agree with reb.

- Shop assistants who keep following me around even when I tell them I'll just call on them later. I know they're just doing their job and am thankful that they're attentive but shopping for me is therapy, I'd like to shop in peace.

- Neighbors who do karaoke all night till the sun comes up. They get drunk and just start shouting instead of singing the song. Also, they tend to sing the same annoying song over and over again. Oh and in the afternoon, they do it again until the next day.

starting to become overused?

Well, over the past couple of weeks, the nerds in my classes have been overusing it to the point where it becomes annoying.

Nothing in life annoys me more than the twss smiley. I am all for a death penalty regarding it's use. Any time I see it in a post, my opinion of the user automatically becomes "dumb [wagon]." No exceptions.

:twss:

I'm with Bari on this. Even as a response joke you still look like a dumb [wagon]. Not kidding in the slightest. You look like a complete tool.

EDIT: Seriously people, if you think you suck at being funny don't try and compensate with that dumb [wagon] "smiley".

YES! Thank you! I could suck both of your [roosters] right now. That smiley gets abused on this forum more then I do. And its not even supposed to mean 'thats what she said', its the godamn 'Awesome' meme. [bleep] you all, if I see that smiley I will blow your country up.

Does your brain have a mini-implosion whenever you see my signature?

...'thats what she said'...

So THAT'S what twss stood for. I never made that connection, since I know what it "actually means."

Here, it's not just the nerds anymore. That, I could handle, seeing as I am quite a nerd myself.

But no. The popular, valley girls are saying "fail."

My friend said fail like 5 or 6 times today. I have never heard him using it in the context he was today, lol. I think he may be turning into a nerd gamer when I'm not looking. :P

Wow, my school must be ahead of you guys'. EVERYONE, popular or not, has been saying it every other sentence since last spring :|

My school's librarian. I go into the library a lot to work or read, and the librarian doesn't enforce the quiet rule at all. Instead he makes friends and talks with the students, and lets them be extremely loud and annoying.

snowsigyy7.png

People who can't take a hint. Today I was sitting at my desk working, going over a script I wrote in Sign Language, and my friend is sitting next to me talking very loudly about Saints Row 2. I ignored him, but he just didn't get it. Thank Christ he's not into Pokemon.

Nah, I heard it used way too much last year.

I dearly hope no other memes spread to real life. Ah wait, too late.

On thing that annoys me is living with other people. If they're in another room, fine, but in the same room, it just becomes irritating.

Well, a couple people at my school have started saying pro -.- I think that's going to be the next one, since fail is starting to die out.

I think it's safe to say that it annoys the hell out of anyone when people use internet terms in real life.

Agreed. "Lol" should never be said verbally. Fail I don't mind so much when it's used in a way thats funny, or with good timing, but it really gets overused.

When I go to turn on my wireless xbox 360 headset, just to find that my little brother has already had his headset connected. Since his was already connected mine won't connect to controller 1, so I have to turn the xbox on and off to get my head to connect to controller 2... @@@@@@@@@@@@!@ Omg makes me mad ;_;.

I do get annoyed at 2 controllers on my 360 too.

It's a pain to disconnect the 2nd controller and if I do the easy way, I'm stuck at the screen with a "Please reconnect your controller" popup and my whole controller system goes crazy.
