Well if they really are gem drags and they drop 5 gems a kill, than gems would crash even further than they're already doing. Seems to unlikely (would be nice wih a gem bag though). I also think anagram.

remember ruby harvest?

pretty sure it wont be a killable npc

Maybe Ruby is the name of a fairy and by helping her in FTP3, you get access to a new dungeon with dragons and whatnot.

Oh yea, we're loooong overdue FTP3 now... not saying your idea is valid at all, sounds rather ridiculous xD But the hint might somehow be related to FTP3... although its a kinda lame hint then :P

I heard a theory that Ruby Dragon refers to the next Myreque Quest for two reasons.

One: Ruby is the next gem to be added to the Ivandis Flail.

Two: Drakan, the vyre king, has a name that means dragon.

I feel that the obvious Dragonkin influence behind the vyres also supports this point. I am aware that this guess is a bit of a stretch though so i'm only presenting it as an interesting thought. I sure hope so, Myreque questline is my favorite.

Ya gotta take this phonetically!

-Ruby Dragon

-Rue Bee Drag Inn

Then you add in what you want it to sound like~

-Rules be dragin'

It's obviously the next Distraction and Diversion: Court Cases. =p

I'd lol if that is right.

You and I both. XD

I am nice. . .

Or, they're removing all the rules in the game thus they don't care about RWT anymore and put back old school PKing.

and then.....

Next week in #RuneScape: The game is shutting down due to credit card fraud and lawsuites! ~Ems(RSDev)

That actually sounds plausible, and actually quite creative. It certainly would account for how seemingly uncryptic this clue is.

That's definitely an amusing way to interpret things...

Wow, that's actually a pretty good guess. I really hope it's right. It's not fun having a quest cape if they never release quests, and a Myreque quest would be great right now.

You seriously think they'd release Gem Dragons? Cmon even by the standard of current updates they can't mess Runescape up that badly.... Right...?

If they did have gem dragons that dropped gems....the dragons could drop gems AND crushed gem which would happen more often than not. =p

I am nice. . .

Surely they would release adament and runite dragons before any gem dragons?

And why would they release the ruby dragon first?

the hierarchy puts them at the fourth to last position.

The term "Dragon" could be more metaphorical.

Here is an excerpt of dragon from http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/dragon

2.

Archaic. a huge serpent or snake.

3.

Bible. a large animal, possibly a large snake or crocodile.

4.

the dragon, Satan.

5.

a fierce, violent person.

6.

a very watchful and strict woman.

7.

flying dragon.

8.

Botany. any of several araceous plants, as Arisaema dracontium (green dragon or dragonroot), the flowers of which have a long, slender spadix and a green, shorter spathe.

9.

a short musket carried by a mounted infantryman in the 16th and 17th centuries.

10.

a soldier armed with such a musket.

11.

(initial capital letter) Astronomy. the constellation Draco.

To be honest, I think that they're talking about the Ruby Dragon, a ship.

With that said, I believe that it is the Privateering skill. Dungeoneering was only a minigame, so Privateering must be the genuine skill!

You heard it here first, folks.
