I decided to seach google for "spooferfish" just to see what came up.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I did not like the result. There was the occasional links back to here and various other rs forums, but there was also a ton of links to a half life forum. Some *fruit cake* stole my name! As well as one link to urban dictionary which describes a spooferfish as a "heterosexual person"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WTH? I made this word up 4+ years ago, and now it means something besides a pixelated verion of Chris? (me)

Yeah, knowing someone is running around the net with your name isn't the best feeling in the world. With runescape, I play as AJL221893, and have had that as my name for just about everything, except I wanted a less confusing name for tip it, so I chose Adam007. Then someone on runescape registers it. I find him some day walking around, and he tells me he gets angry at all the people asking him questions thinking he's from tip it, and usually just ignores/yells at them. Oh well, gotta deal with it. They're not gonna change their name just because someone else had it before.

I mainly only use a couple names online and all of them I thought up myself, didn't take them from anywhere else. Xyrec, my name on here when I do a google search comes up with profiles from games i've never played and sites i've never visited. And Xyron, worst of all happens to be an office supplies company.
