Zaps Posted July 9, 2009 Share Posted July 9, 2009 This is why light = better! Kinda... I outran the last guy until game's end. Has anyone else done this? Or tied any other way? Loss for all! I was down to only one unit... Never gonna give you up... I did that too! Only because this guy tried to be cheap by hiding in the corner all game and when we finished each other off he came out to steal my victory. I didn't want to give him the satisfaction of playing unfairly so I ran for 15 minutes and claimed a tie with him. He got quite infuriated and called me a noob several times over. The things I am displeased with is how there is no place to store your units when you aren't going to be playing the game. I don't really want to lose 11 bankspaces just to hold my armies. And then there's the fact you can't even talk while playing the game! So many times I have wanted to tell the other people to go and kill the guy hiding in the corner and instead we end up handing him/her an easy victory. :x Hopefully Jagex will fix some things soon to make the game even better. If you change your units to just 1 class/weight, it should only take up 2 (1 for the units, 1 for the contract) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Unfortunately, this is overshadowed by the clunkiness of all other familiar interactions. It's really awkward to call a familiar or withdraw stuff from the BoB. Why the hell did they have to separate the Achievement Diary from the Quests tab? They could have left summoning in that tab but still let you use the bubble to interact, too. One step forward and two steps back, par for the course. MA: F Info: Once they fix the numerous bugs, including the waiting room bug, it'll get a C. It's a poorly designed RTS that pales in comparison with AoG. You have to spend over 24 hours of game time in order to get the best rewards from this, which are decent but not good enough worth the time investment. Interface changes: F- Info: The interface itself looks better, but everything else has become an eyesore. The text is way too blocky now, and numbers look too "digitized." It is painful to look at, and it doesn't fit the atmosphere of the game at all. I cannot understand why they made this change. Oh, and they also created a bug with the chat system. When two or more people standing on each other speak, all floating text vanishes. Really sucks for PKing. Overall: F+ Info: As I expected, Jagex's update brought with it a bunch of bugs. The minigame is just another irritating minigame that will probably be abandoned after everybody gets Rank 5. I hate the interface changes, and I really hate the font. If so, that would be a very fast way to get ranks. On an unrelated note, people are being too negative about MA. Jagex spent so long on it, it's not like they'll just leave it the way it is. I've been up for over a day and cant remember reading it. HOW CAN I TAKE CARE OF MY KITTY JAGEX.. HOW?!?!?
