I'm thinking that Kosechei the Deathless (from Fremmnik Trials) is Kharshai, it makes sense that he is impossible to kill by normal means if he is a mahjarat and he has amnesia which would explain why he wasn't at the previous Ritual.

Maybe he was saying his name, and the Freminik heard it, but spelled it wrong. So now he just chills up there.

You do realize that this is a game and every quest/update comes from the mind of a developer? There is no true history behind it, unless they plan for additional updates when they bring out the current update, which I'm sure happens every now and then, but it seems highly unlikely for this case.

If they are a good developer then they think of things like this. If you have a quest line there has to be a plot, and in order for there to be a plot there has to be the "scene before," meaning basically that there has to be history behind what is happening in the present.

So no, I don't agree with that. :|

Just how the Fremmeniks call what we know as 'Dagganoths' the 'Daggermouths'. If you say it in the right accent, it sounds slightly similair.

So don't let anyone tell you you're not worth the earth,

These streets are your streets, this turf is your turf,

Don't let anyone tell you that you've got to give in,

Cos you can make a difference, you can change everything,

Just let your dreams be your pilot, your imagination your fuel,

Tear up the book and write your own damn rules,

Use all that heart, hope and soul that you've got,

And the love and the rage that you feel in your gut,

And realise that the other world that you're always looking for,

Lies right here in front of us, just outside this door,

And it's up to you to go out there and paint the canvas,

After all, you were put on the earth to do this,

So shine your light so bright that all can see,

Take pride in being whoever the [bleep] you want to be.

Easy quest nice and interesting. Great update was the pipe change but you still lose brawlers on death.

Considering Paul was the lead developer of this quest, it is quite possible.

I really enjoyed this quest. I love this mahjarat-history quest-line they have going recently. The most fun thing for me, apart from the puzzle, was the two notes about all the mahjarats. Really interesting remember and recap the things I had learned through other quests. :)

They just released Mobilising armies, give them a break.

A quest is a decent update.

Yeah I mean they only took 7 months past their expected release date to finally release Mobilising Armies, with a couple critical flaws which cost some people hundreds of millions. Jagex is slacking, everyone knows it, please don't defend them. I am usually not one to be critical of their work, but they are barely doing anything lately. With the release of Mechscape under a year away (supposedly) I imagine they are allocating more resources to that game. They call this the update year, fixing small problems, but they are making more problems than they are solving. Enough with the [bleep]ing leprechauns and interfaces, we want real updates.

I do think it's because Mechscape is (hopefully) less than a month away. But they're a small company with lots of projects here there and everywhere, they're going to slow up on their updates at some point.

I don't feel that they have really been slacking either.

The RuneScape team and the MechScape team are completely different, it's been said multiple times. If you ask me Jagex have been slacking alot this past year, the majority of the updates have been rather lack lustre and "meh".

it's about [bleep]ing time someone got on my side of the argument. I personally would kill for the old management back. Look at what got done last year compared to this year. hell! It was a big deal that they even apologized for when they took a week without updates to finish up rs hd, look at how many times we have had 2 weeks with only 1 update(or 2 really small piece of crap updates in 3 weeks). i personally hold a lot of blame on mmg, mod mark has been there this whole time and they were on the top of their game till mmg came and now he is changing everything to his liking and not the direction the game has been going for years. If giving up "fansite support" and lame picture teasers of updates that wont come out for 2 years to get my bts, postbag, and decent UPDATES back i am all for it.

Although, from what I've read, Andrew has had a long line of history and future for the Runescape's story-line thought up since Devious Mud. It doesn't mean every little detail in each quest is exact, but the general direction each quest goes has most likely already been thought up.

Even the start of recent new story-lines have most likely been held back for 5 to 7 years.

I have no source, but I am nearly positive I read it in a Andrew Gower archive that Ren from MechscapeWorld created.

I heard some talk about Paul Gower posting on the RSOF about maybe adding some additional rewards to this quest. Anyone else hear that/ see Paul's post on it?

I totally forgot about this quest line (probably because this quest line started right after I left p2p). It was a nice to surprise to see a quest today, but yes it is a shame to see how "little" has been happening. Maybe we just don't see the work being put into it, but that is where the blogs and dd come in. Personally, I don't think they are doing enough justice for the general runescape populace. They work for me, but a lot just want to see every Monday "NEW AWESOME UPDATE". What a shame.

The game is far past it's peak. That is for certain.

You sure are negative for being Santa's little helper. -.-

I quite enjoyed the quest but it really seemed like it was cut in half...

[hide=Comments.]So we get the heart... And then it ends!

I wish I knew a fast way to Nardah... #-o

Neat MI parady.

Why aren't we able to snoop around Zem's mansion a bit more? It's not like Defender of Varrock or While Guthix Sleeps where we have dark imposing doors that we can't see past; the house in this one is already made![/hide]

Yeah we have had slow updates but we have had a TON of the little tweaks. It may not seem much at the time but when it is all added up it is close to amazing. Take a look.
