The education in Lebanon has showed huge improvements. Their graduating students have gone off to study either in top universities from Israel to those in Japan and US.

A few realism factors first:

 

Nuclear submarines cost probably billions of dollars to first research, and then a similar number to produce. To build one from scratch it would take over a year, iirc.

 

Ok, I propose we end the SAR as it is, as in it's current organization, it makes each of our home country's spend too much on other countries, and it hampers each country's own improvement. As lent posted a few pages back, nick could have the central region, if he wanted.

 

 

 

Now, assuming that goes through, if it doesn't and the SAR remains, brazil will leave the SAR within three months.

 

Anyways, frakir_staer, I'll offer a close alliance with you. I'll protect you if you're country is in danger, Brazil currently has one of the strongest armies in the world (Our army made up almost 2/3 of the SAR army), and we can help you end your addiction to oil.

 

The way to do that is a cartel indy500fan set up, called nopec. Basically, it would steadily raise the prices of oil, and slowly less people would buy.
