Hmm, as the ruler of China, I think I may want to ally with Japan to assure I wouldn't get blown away by the newly rising forces, plus it's helpful to have another Asian country nearby. Although being an ally with SAR still gives me confidence.

 

 

 

I agree completely. With my technology and economy coupled with your considerable human resources, our alliance would be incredibly strong. If Russia were to join us too, then we would be free to control Asia as is our right.

 

Then I would like to alliance with Japan. I already have a couple alliances, I hope 3 isn't too many. If I want another alliance I'll probably consider dropping another country I have allianced. The alliance offer is genuine from me. I would never betray my Asian brothers to the poncy Europeans or anywhere for that matter. This is why I suggest a coalition:

 

 

 

A coalition is an alliance among individuals or groups, during which they cooperate in joint action, each in his own self-interest, joining forces together for a common cause.

 

 

 

Of course, during wartime, our militaries would have to be headed by one man. I have no issue with his nationality, so long as his loyalty to the coalition is proved.

 

 

 

EDIT: After a year's building (trying to go intime with Doom, not sure how accurate I am!) the sea-wall around Japan has been worked on by 1.8 million Japanese citizens, and currently no offers of foreign help have been outstretched. Similarly, the timber industry has a work force of around 800,000. This is a great improvement on the unemployment statistics last year.

 

 

 

This still leaves around 1 million unemployed though, and it has been agreed by the Japanese high council that our main focus for jobs now should be our military. After combining a portion of our scientists, we have made a break through in the world of Solar energy, drastically increasing the output of commercial solar panels. The new panels are being introduced into Tokyo with immediate effect, my goal reducing pollution by at least 10% in what some people know as the "most polluted city in the world".

 

 

 

Using the back up funds from the treasury, we have also purchased and distributed the vaccines discovered by the Hegemony earlier this year. 80% of Japanese citizens living in towns or cities have been vaccinated, and the number is expected to rise to 100% within the next 6 months. We currently have a team of fourty government officials scouring the country for the obscure settlements not on the map, or even just in a hard to reach location, to provide them with the vaccine. This also has the added bonus of us discovering where more Japanese citizens are located should wartime threaten our country.

 

 

 

Following the formation of the IAC with China (and talks with Russia are going well), national pride has swelled, and "National Foundation Day" on the 11th of February passed with huge parades and fireworks all right. The Japanese people are more motivated, and our production output has increased, amazingly bolstering our economy by 2%.

I guess I did get Lebanon? Cool. Tourism in the country has risen exceptional well, but why wouldn't? I've ridden it's terrorist groups and have formed a stable government and have used some of the country's budget to improve it's main sites of attraction. The Palestinians who have wanted to move to perhaps a newer location have thank me for giving them land in Lebanon, and the Lebanese welcome them with open hands thankfully.

 

 

 

I have loan Israeli's teachers to show Lebanon's school how to bring up their school expectancy to tip top shape. They are loving it's speedy results and their parents are thanking me for a better education.

Finland would like to propose a small peacekeeping organization. We aren't doing this to stop all other large organizations from war but to try to keep the peace inbetween them for longer and to supply innocent civillians with shelter so the wars are between soldiers.

 

 

 

Also about the EC, I would not like to join because of the focus on taking over Europe by brute force, however, I would like to offer the previously mentioned shelters to you as a higher priority because you are nearer. I would like to ask that when invading countries you declare the invation and give any citizens who want to leave and join you, go to safe houses, etc. three days before you invade.

Australia has had a fabulous year since we got out of the recession and I have removed programmes to aid solely Aboriginals, and altered Centrelink to make it harder if you're just using it to not work. This has lowered unemployment to 2%. 1% are incapable of working, and the other 1% are in between jobs. With the ease that citizens can now own guns the amount of gun related crimes have lowered. Although after testing enhancement drugs on 10,000 soldiers we have had to issue a kill-on-sight order on 9,949 soldiers who have had mental issues caused by the drugs and have lost all signs of conscious behaviour. They do things like attack anything, causing self harm and do not recognise family or friends. The effects are completely non-transferable and are proven to not be a possible zombie outbreak.

Many of these are undergoing training at the moment, however within a few years the infantry shall be very highly trained.
