I propose a joint partnership with Lionheart_0 for ownership of Canada, or, should he seem inactive in decicions, my exclusive ownership.

 

 

 

Canada's vast natural resources will be utilized to their fullest extent. The prime agricultural land - what is left of it - in Southern Ontario will be used solely for agricultural purposes. There will be encouragement towards both university-level education and argicultural background. Clear-cut logging shall be criminalized, and all land in Canada shall be evaluated by a council of industry and environmental experts who will determine the best use of the land. The extraction of bitumen from the Tar Sands in Alberta shall be downsized until a better method for extraction, that does not cause nearly as much environmental damage (Focusing on reducing water pollution). All profits coming from the Tar Sands projects shall be directed towards alternative energy methods, focusing on transportation. Should it be allowed (By OP?), nuclear weapon-grade plutonium will be produced for use by whoever makes the rules (OP I guess).

 

 

 

Cultivation of hemp will be legalized for creation of fabrics and/or biofuel. Marijuana usage will be nearly-legalized, with very low penalties for usage and small-scale possession. Distribution will be heavily fined and come with substantial jail time. In either British Columbia or Ontario, an experiment will be implemented for 10 years where marijuana usage and personal cultivation will be legalized. Should this experiment show results that legalization is beneficial to society, marijuana shall be legalized.

Ah this is good. I guess? Just don't try to pirate my goods ;) and the crew members will be fine to wear bandanas and cutlass all the time they pass by there.

I don't believe Japan has been taken yet. I couldn't see it on the most recent map, and I don't recall reading anyone taking it while I read through the thread.

 

 

 

This is the plan.

 

 

 

According to Wikipedia, Japan comprises of 6,852 islands. This is detrimental to our growth, and it is of my opinion that the construction of additional "land" to connect these islands will be beneficial to the Japanese people. This will be the main economical project performed by the government.

 

 

 

As our prime researchers have been hired by the Supreme Hegemony, all our educational institutions shall be dramatically improved. Japanese minds will be enhanced through the magical lore of Japan.

 

 

 

Furthermore, our military is currently restricted by Article 9 of the Japanese Constitution. This renounces our right to declare war. Clearly, this is not a good thing. I wish to amend the constitution, putting Japan more into a position of power - as well as looking more appealing to potential allies.

 

 

 

As well as Japan consisting mainly of islands, up to 80% of Japan is forest or mountainous. Clearly, an easy solution to unemployment is to chop these forests down. While this could be damaging to the enviroment, it also provides potential new scientists with work - developing an "antidote". Of course, until such an antidote is procured, Japanese forest workers would work carefully, so the forests did not dissapear.

 

 

 

Of course, if someone else has grabbed Japan then I shall come up with another plan for a different country. Unless I'm too late altogether, and that really would be a disaster.

Most of the submarines built for the Norwegian Navy are created from multiple places, usually get parts from Sweden, Germany and Denmark, as well as creating some parts in docks here. The companies are not state owned, so no, Norway doesn't do submarines. I am sure you could order some submarines from China, while looking on Google for information I found a few Chinese manufacturers that may be state owned.

Ive been told i need to post political plans for my countries to claim them.

 

 

 

The coast of Somalia will be turned into a port city. All your navys will be allowed to pass freely with one bandana or cutlass, and can stop for rest in our country. English will be more localised then added a pirate twang. Building work will go underway to build shipyards and old style port areas, aswell as a pirate store. The coast and waters will allow anyone to pass under rules, and we plan to repopulate pirate economy. Once we have 100 ships or so, we'll start the pirate birthing program. Once this is done, we offer 55 baby pirates to america wearing coveted somalian coadt merchandisr for thd body of christopher columbus, and 56 babys to Germany to help us bring him back to life, so we can use him to find atlantis so we can start the claimed regeneration.

 

 

 

So now i call on China for a placement of 12 submarines for 32 and a third pirate children.
