Ravenkana Posted July 29, 2009 Share Posted July 29, 2009 Second, the slayer monster is kinda disappointing. The amulet is only marginally better than an Amulet of Glory which costs like 30 or 40K. It only has +5 Range offense and, overall, defensively it gives -3. Glory also gives a prayer boost. I hope it's secondary drops are nice... Theres a reason zammy pages cost a million times more than guthix ones. It gives an extra +4 attack bonus is why.I'd like to point out that the Unholy book is useful for ranging Avianses as it keeps Zamorak forces off your tale. The holy book can also be useful as it keeps Saradomin forces from attacking. If the CORPORAL beast is this hard, imagine how hard a GENERAL or COLONEL beast would be. a corporal is not even an admirable rank in armies that use that ranking system. Yeah, it is a pking minigame, so any arguments anybody makes will probably be biased.The best way this will end :Everybody just says,"I'm not arguing with you anymore, goodbye."The worst way this will end: I don't really know, psychological warfare? To me it looks like he spins the whip before whipping it at the opponent. Ever seen a whip chain used in kung-fu or similar martial arts? When I see people say it, I pronounce it "poon" in my head. Makes more sense to me. If I wasn't on vacation with the family right now I'd definitely be at the new slayer monsters slaying my [wagon] off until I got that ammy. How rare of a drop is it anyways? You will now be properly classed as being 'in combat' when you are attacking someone else, even if you've not been attacked back. Also, if you teleport while in combat, you will now lose 20% of your Earning Potential (EP). Love the first part, no more getting pjed while you farcast! Maybe now mages will have an easier time pking! Plus, tag-teaming in single wild is gone. I'm so happy about this. It's the second part I don't think is very helpful. It hurts pkers a whole lot while it barely does anything to stop 76kers, pjers, rushers, etc. None of those people tele frequently in pvp in the first place, but normal pkers will do it very often. Some will either stop pking entirely or will risk a lot less meaning that the price difference between the amountthey risk and the reward from loot is even greater, thus adding to the money that's already inflating the game. I mean, was thts really necessary? Unless Jagex seriously thought teleing from a fight was the biggest problem with pvp right now, and it's far from that. The real problem lies in the high-reward low-risk players like rushers, 76kers, etc. And most of these updates do little to stop them, they just make their job a bit more inconvenient. [hide=]tip it would pay me $500.00 to keep my clothes ON :( :lol:But then again, you fail to realize that 101% of the people in this universe hate you. Yes, humankind's hatred against you goes beyond mathematical possibilities.That tears it. I'm starting an animal rebellion using my mind powers.
