What movie(s) did you last see?

Requiem For A Dream.

Cue dysphoria

I saw that one at school. The whole class was bummed out for at least 2 hours after it was over.

Let this be a lesson for anyone organizing a film evening with friends: don't pick Requiem for a Dream.

The last movie I've seen is the last Harry Potter. A fitting ending to the series.

  • I haven't finished it yet, but started watching Forrest Gump...now I understand the line "Run, Forrest, Run!" at least <_<.

  • I watched Ghostbusters last night. Funny movie for those who haven't seen it.

The first time I watched Requiem for a Dream I was at my ex-girlfriend's house from high school and we started it around 11pm and I left her place around 1ish. She lived another town over (about 20 miles) and the drive home for me was completely silent; no radio, no nothing, just driving and thinking. Now I love watching it. It has some serious dark beauty, but all of Aronofsky's movies do and that's why I love him :D

After I watch Requiem For A Dream I always feel down but I always end up going back and watching it. SO ADDICTED!

Watching or reading something extremely bleak and/or crushing leaves me empty after but I always go back for more <3: <3: <3: <3:

Also;

Just finished watching A Clockwork Orange for the millionth time. <3: <3: Parts still upset me but that's what makes it great!

We could've had it all.

Cedar Rapids - Ed Helms is awesome.

Hall Pass - Jenna Fischer, yum.

Happythankyoumoreplease - hmmm mixed feelings on this one.

Megamind - loved it.

Just Go With It - just meh. Jennifer Aniston's still got it though.

The flight to China was long.

Also watched a bunch of Chinese movies lately, dunno how to translate though

Rango: I liked it quite a bit.

Antz: First time I've seen it in years. I still prefer A Bug's Life. But the story is pretty badass for a kids movie. Also, Christopher Walken is god.

I just saw Naked Gun again, not sure which one of them. Some of the gags from it are just killer, like one where Drebin and a bad guy bribe each other with money to tell information :D Good comedy even by todays standards :P

I love those movies. I think I just decided what to watch next week.

Source Code, very good film.

Do you think 'Just go with it' is worth watching?

Saw it aswell now. The beginning isn't that great as i've seen many movies start like that with a mysterious aura. Towards the end from when the truth is revealed aswell as the actual end and twist....brilliant. 9/10 film, definetly a must watch.

Horrible Bosses.

Such a funny movie. Charlie Day was fantastic.

Paris, Texas. 2.5/5

How was this 100% on rotten tomatoes? It was such a bland story and the characters didn't seem like real people at all, ignored reasoning in half of it!

What the hell..

If you do things right people won't be sure you've done anything at all.

Hannibal Rising

Red Dragon

Silence Of The Lambs

Hannibal. <3

I love the character so much. I haven't seen Hannibal because I've heard it's pretty ridiculous, but Hannibal Rising is still on my list.

rotten tomato is a terrible measure of how enjoyable a movie is

Buried: pretty good. The whole movie was in a coffin and it really was suspenseful.

A Single Man: my sister was watching it and since I didn't have much else to do, I just watched along. Meh, wasn't bad, but wasn't great. The cinematography was special, but a bit strange at times.

Hunger: not that bad, though maybe a tad predictable, except for the ending.

Hannibal Rising

Red Dragon

Silence Of The Lambs

Hannibal. <3

I just finished watching silence of the lambs (:

Watched Kidulthood on iPlayer - good film, I think it portrayed the life of kids like that really well. I was actually quite sad at the end. Gotta watch Adulthood next. :D

Adulthood is awful.

The Naked Gun- one of my favourites

I meant to watch all of them, but it's too hot in my room so I've been sleeping on the couch.

My favorite films on rotten tomatoes

Stalker 100%

It's a mad mad mad mad world 78%

Seven Samurai 100%

Solyaris 96%

Dersu Uzala 75%

They seem pretty accurate to me? I was surprised that it was more like a 40% to 50% for me rather than 100%.

Watched Caddy Shack last night and National Lampoon's Vacation today. Both great movies.

just watched 'The Priest'

Proud To Have Been Apart Of Dark Knights United.

Lethal Blades At Heart.
