I guess I could move the Quest hall on the ground floor to where the Skill hall is, and move the skill hall to where the 1st floor Quest hall is, but...

Yeah, I had my Workshop next to my 2 formal gardens. Just deleted it and put up this room. I'll get 2 more levels and add my it back. Not that expensive.

When you move Costume Room, does it keep all items intact and all built things intact?

Great...I had my house all planned out and now I have nowhere to put the extra room....how could they not gave us a room addition...

 

 

 

and what is the about moving your room? if you can move any room with losing stuff then that definitely will save me a lot of money manuvering around the house and rebuilding each room...

anyways finaly gives me a reason to raise pets. love the summoning update too, and everything else drifts out of my mind atm.

I just went into my house (as soon as I logged on) and saw that my pets were trapped inside my house. They spawned inside my house as soon as I went in, not outside in the menagerie.

I really don't like how the Menagerie has no walls and sticks out like a sore thumb. I was going to have one of the two grassy floored designs but even they stick out badly, so i'm going with the volcanic theme. It's made my house un-symetrical now, so i'm goign to have to build another formal garden next to it.

It's a great update imo, only one bad thing to say about it.

Going to have to or need to? :P my house was symetrical once, then the great bulldozer of '08 hit it since then nothing has been the same.

To be honest, I don't mind how the garden habitat looks against the regular POH grass. I've noticed that the jungle theme makes it look like your pets pissed all over the grass and stained it, but the winter theme looks great for a Christmas theme during X-mas events. The volcanic design is pretty cool, but not my cup of tea for my house design.

 

 

 

I still wouldn't mind some type of fence hotspot, though.

The rune skimmy is the only thing in that post that was changed today.

The menagerie grass design is the best IMO, looks the best in a POH. Volcanic is cool, but doesn't look good next to a garden or any other room.

I really want to change up the entire design of my house, but it would cost me millions; it seems like every room has some marble and gold leaf used.

This update actually saved me money by presenting a problem where I'd put the menagerie. While thinking about it, I found a way to make my dungeon feel "cozier", as well as putting my second study (demonic lectern) where my 2nd throne room would've went (which was in the original design for a crystal + demonic throne room). In my original throne room, I'll just place a demonic throne there. Then, I went into my dungeon and deleted a 2nd oubliette that I was going to use in case I needed a cageless flame pit for Dharok'ing. Then I simply deleted the stairs in my dungeon stairs room for the addition of 3 adjacent treasure rooms, each with steel dragons.

 

 

 

It seems like I'm spending more than I should, but in the end, I'll have 28/30 rooms instead of 30/30 rooms (making more room for future updates). I also save 30m with my 99 house design. The design is now much more flexible for future updates, and it has a cozier feeling. It's also more effecient. (The study with the demon lectern is right by the portal, and the eagle lectern is upstairs, which isn't far from the portal either.)

 

 

 

I chose the natural pet house, but I'm not sure if I'll end up thinking that the desecrated one is both bigger (taller) and cooler than the natural one, though. The consecrated house looks like crap.

All the construction updates are a godsend. I especially enjoy the butler update, since I'm going for 99 con.

 

 

 

Unfortunately I've already designed my dream house, and there is literally no room in my house design that can be replaced by the pet room, it would just mess up the whole design. Oh well, I never was a fan of pets anyway.

I knew making a 3 garden courtyard would come in handy one day. :thumbsup:

I have 2 courtyards of 2 gardens so this is easy for me to apply my menagerie.

One bug I noticed earlier this morning, fixed now, was that when you'd send logs to the sawmill with your butler, he wouldn't take the 5k. free planks pretty much.
