In a macro-sense, sure, but this is in terms of a game, held in the esteem of players, about players. Applying "real world" logic and reasoning will nearly always result in a negative result. Need a remind you this is a thread that was, for the longest time, focused almost solely on the highest echelon players, and their achievements (and their training methods). We must have some level of respect for them to both demand and generate the content (hi weekly updates guy).

I highly doubt anyone does MKF anymore. They were really only popular because of easy it was to use a very simply script with it. And we know that the top players do not use scripts for obvious reasons.
