amoeba_009
Not to take away from his achievement, but what would require a little extra help. Im highly skeptical of him being natural in the second pic. But he looks great. SOOO good on him. This is my motivation. http://img193.imageshack.us/i/1259700588674.jpg/He is going to be the first to pull 1000 raw, its gonna be god like. On the whole omg hes disgusting about that other pic, I used to think that way, but I was on the outside looking in, but on the inside looking out, it makes sense. If people choose to think that his body type is not ideal, then so be it. Who really cares? IF he wants to juice let him, it dosent take away from his achievements. Hes using everything capable to achieve his goals. People do much more stupid things than juice.

If you're not getting that big without roids, then your diet [bleep]ing sucks, you have no idea what you're doing, and don't belong in the gym period. Most people will definitely say he's on roids because most people don't want to take the [bleep]ing time and get their fat [wagon] into the gym and dedicate some time to accomplish something. Then when they see someone very dedicated they call them obsessed and on roids. [bleep] you. What's a sig?
OwnagePie
Oh and here's a thread from a forum for getting fit and lifting. The very first post has 4 pictures of a man 21 years old 195 lbs at about 7% bodyfat. He's not huge, and not small. I know you'll probably not like the veins, but other than that, wouldn't you want to at least accomplish something near that body? He looks great, is young, strong, fit, etc. (Strong no homo). http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?p=424689951&posted=1#post424689951 What's a sig? Tim
Well with the soon passing of my best friend (my Beagle, whom I've had since I was 5 for 14 years now) It's given me a royal slapping to wake up and get into life alot more without ever dwelling on the decisions or mistakes (as well as becoming my new year's revolution) So I'll be hitting the GYM everyday for 2 hours unless I'm working now as of Jan 2nd (since its closed until then >.<). Also getting a new haircut, "Gauges" as Americans call it and possibly a tattoo on my chest. :3 and OwnagePie, Calm the frig down on the swearing. It only makes you look more like a douche along with insulting people's opinion, like the "anorexic guys that think they're ripped" part. Some of us simply have a fast metabolism nor do we want to stand in a mirror trying to rip shirts. We just want to be both fit and healthy, nothing more. So by the Hammer invested (stolen) by mods: Keep your own opinion to yourself. Popoto.~<

LegendaryStu
So I'll be hitting the GYM everyday for 2 hours unless I'm working now as of Jan 2nd Your going to kill yourself from over-training, especially if you are new. Limit yourself to 45 mins - 1 hour for a fitness workout, and about 30 minutes for a FREE weights workout. Alternate between them every day and you should be reasonably ok. Powman3
I look at some of the players on the football team, and then I tell myself, "Why can't I be like that?" So, I attempt to not become that, but to become better than that.
shinedownkid
for me, I've just been trying to get a little more in shape due to myself having some constant chest pains for the last 2 months or so, and i believe its due to me not excercising regularly since im not in school anymore my physical activity levels have fallen a lot. and i dont eat very healthy, mainly just meats and grains for the most part. so lately i just been doing some minor exercises here and there to help out. Orpheus
I'm not sure if there's any advantages to getting exercise in very cold weather, other than a depressed immune system. I'm putting off any sort of major exercise until the weather warms up somewhat. I was going to eat hot dogs for dinner tonight. I think I will settle for cereal. OPEN WIDE HERE COMES THE HELICOPTER. There's not "lymph heart" equivalent to the heart that pumps blood. Lymph is what transports the majority of our leukocytes and other defense cells to our lymph nodes to detect infections. Lymph nodes also filter your lymph before it leaks back into your body as interstitial fluid. All this to say, the more you move, the more likely your body will recognize attackers and the more quickly it can respond to them. This is a huge problem with bed-ridden people - their lymph is not pumped around the body because they aren't moving and pools in their legs due to gravity. You know those people with extremely obese legs? They have tapeworms in their lymphatic cavities which blocks lymph from going back up into the body and just keeps expanding the legs. Skeptical
I like how I look when I'm fit. It really shows. Makes all that diet and cardio all worth it. You? Cardio is crap, btw. I do it because I want to die in my sleep, not coddled along half-dead in a nursing home. "Those who give up their liberty for more security neither deserve liberty nor security." EarthySun
Knowing and feeling twenty four hours a day that I'm getting stronger. Call me masochistic but I love the feeling of sore muscles after a hard workout. Not just lifting but even when I trick. A hard day of butterfly twists and every muscle in my left leg is on fire for the next twenty hours. It's a great feeling because I know that next session my primary muscles will be even stronger. Walking around, and not having that feeling, it's not something I like. This is actually something true and pretty cool. I like it when my muscles hurt a lot after a work out, especially because that when I flex my muscles after I work really hard, I can really, really feel them. They feel way larger even if they're covered by fat. So, basically Earthysun is Jesus's only son.
Skeptical
Actually, this is why I don't exercise. I have no motivations because I'm already happy with being a twig. It's not just about being "built" it's about being healthy and happy, a distinction that a lot of people don't seem to understand. I mean, yes, it is a personal choice, but too many people are focused on the purely physical aspects of it: why we have "muscle" implants and specially tailored clothes. quelmotz
Being fit makes you more socially confident since people tend to look at fit people in an envious kind of way. But my main motivation is it makes you feel good and healthy. I don't take exercise too seriously though. I mostly play soccer and walk like 1.3km (one-way) to school and back. I jog occasionally, especially when there's no one at the park to play soccer with, e.g. just after a downpour. Click here for an awesome suggestion to revive smithing!
