indy500fan
Hmm, I guess it depends on where you go. If you buy one from a corner lot you are obviously going to get screwed on price. We get ours straight from the tree farm. Thousands of trees to choose from, from seedlings to over 20ft high monstrosities (of course they don't sell many of these and they usually only leave a few). We used to get 16ft trees but don't go that crazy anymore, now we get 8-10ft trees.
Hawks
Anyone know where I can get a good aluminium pole?Use one from a volleyball net set. Last year we gave my aunt a signed pic of my dad standing in the yard with the 'Festivus pole' as a gag gift. We've got a nice 7' tree that couldn't have been more than $20, my parents won't spend that much on a tree. We do get ours from the farm though. Not particularly religious, I think we really celebrate it because it's an excuse to get presents and all that crap. I don't care one way or another as long as I don't have to go to school and get some stuff. sig by Soa.....tip.it times.....art & mediadeviantart/flickr/last.fm/steam/twitter/tumblr/youtube

ixfd64
I will be traveling with my family to Chicago to spend a few days at my cousins' house. Afterwards, we'll be visiting the Atlantic Northeast states and spend a couple of days at a family's friends house in New Jersey. Oh, and we'll probably have dinner with a few of our other family friends! But sister came in at 7am and woke me up just so that she could open her presents. So I wake up cranky and a little hungover. Only thing to do is drink until January 1. Kiriyama
That really sucks Jem. I'm more of the type to throw something at people who try wake me up, and I have a 13 year old brother who'll wake up around 8am. Thankfully this year is going to be different from previous ones. Though I might end up not sleeping at all, happened before. Denizen of Darkness| PSN= sworddude198

champion
CHRISTMAS!!!!! I don't know what I'll get yet since it's still Christmas Eve, probably a lot of cash/gift cards though. I don't mind, I never even asked for anything big. But on Christmas Eve each member of the family gets to open one present. I'm not sure which one I'll pick yet. One gift is either a Wii/PS2 game or a DVD, another probably a robe, and another some sort of gift card. There are a couple other boxes but I have no idea what they are; I'll probably open up one of those.
