You don't want to look like you're 'trying to find a vein' when wearing it, and it looks more casual. On a different topic, I've noticed that I've become a bit of a colour fascist, in that to my eyes, if lighter colours are used lower down than darker colours, it just looks wrong to me. For instance, picture in your head a man wearing a plain black t-shirt and white jeans, then imagine the same, but white t-shirt and black jeans. To me, the latter looks better. I noticed that lots of the new season colours are quite neutral at the moment, lots of grey, charcoal, black and white. There's still quite a few coloured print tees out there, but I find myself sort of moving away from them. Every time I find a colour I think I might like, I seem to dislike the print on it.
